I just want to let you know of my little adventures to your clinic in the last couple days. I am a traveling nurse and came in to get labs and drug screen, which isn't unusual with my type of work. I was told to go to the clinic anytime between 9am-9pm. I arrived at the clinic about 2:10pm approximately. I was informed from the lady receptionist that some of the lab had to be sent out by 2pm so I said I would return tomorrow. I returned to the clinic yesterday at noon thinking that would be plenty of time since I live in Sallisaw and like 30ish minutes away. I arrived at the clinic and the young man at the front desk very politely reported that the type of blood work I needed they had ran out of the certain tube and didn't know for sure when they would be getting anymore. This could have turned nasty but your young man handled it like a pro. He apologized and said he was sorry I had made the trip. I then got on the phone with my company and they were able to change up my labs due to previous results from earlier draws. I went back into the same clinic and let the young man know that my company had set up new orders. He pulled those up and got me back to one of the nurses that was sweet, kind and understanding and just let me vent. She was able to take care of my needs without issues. I want to thank both of these young people for their professional attitude and friendly demeanor which made my visit a pleasant one.

Do not recommend. Been waiting for an hour and with the exception of drug screens they've called no one back. Either be a walk in clinic or a work readiness clinic but if you're going to do both hire more staff.

We arrived at 728 at night when they say they close at 8. As soon as we walked in the lady at the desk said we are full. She was very rude!! Definitely will not be going back!

Clean and well lit, very nice and efficient staff. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The process was dignified and the staff treated me with respect.

I walked in near closing time and was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. She got me checked in and I was called back within 10 minutes. The nurse who checked my vitals was very nice. I was treated by Tanya Walker who was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic.

This was my 1st visit to MedExpress & I was treated with respect and friendliness from the minute I walked in! Misty at the front desk was wonderful! And Sandra Armstrong listened & reviewed my situation & the help she administered gave me relief. I will definitely return to MedExpress Urgent Care.

This place was AMAZING! Extremely easy check-in, only a 10 minute wait in the lobby, & no wait in the exam room! Josh Sallee took my x-rays; he was top-notch! He came in immediately, got all my details, took plenty of x-rays of my ankle and foot so we could be positive if it was broken or not. He made me very comfortable and kept conversation going so I was distracted from any pain. The NP was thorough as well. I got results within 10 - 15 minutes of the x-rays. I was in and out, from start to finish (on a busy Friday) within an hour!! GREAT EXPERIENCE; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been having some pain associated with my ear for nearly a week. I thought it was an excess of earwax so I tried to just ride it out. My wife administered an over the counter earwax cleaning flush and no relief came from it. I used Q-Tips and still nothing. Finally, after having trouble sleeping, I decided to go in to have it looked at. The attending doctor looked and said that she believed it was earwax as well and administered a warm water saline flush. Nothing was coming out. She took a look again and noticed a foreign object lodged in the canal. Using forceps, she was able to pull out the object. It was a silicone tip to my ear buds that I wear at the gym. I never realized that it even came off. I just knew that my ear didn't feel right and apparently, after using my fingers and Q-Tips to try to provide relief, I pushed it further into my ear. After retrieving the tip, she stepped out to get my discharge forms and I could hear talking in the hall between her and someone else. The doctor speaks in a low tone so I was unable to understand her but the other lady was very loud and I heard her very clearly. She said 'Ear bud!? Why the Hell would he lie and say earwax!? How stupid! Why not just tell the truth!?'. Now I'm irritated. I stepped out and explained that I cannot see inside of my own ear and therefore was only able to make an assumption as to what it may be and that the doctor herself thought at first glance that it was earwax also. I'm not going to lie and say that I wasn't very irritated about the incident because I was. This was extremely unprofessional and unappreciated. If this is how the staff at this office are going to conduct themselves, I have no need for them and can and will take my business elsewhere should I need care in the future.

Apparently this has turned into a Covid testing site and if negative no care is given. My son has had a sinus infection for a month and was given Claritin… medexpress used to be my go to urgent care and I highly recommended to everyone but this is shameful
