“I moved to Fort Smith around two years ago and was in search of a new pharmacy. I searched and read some reviews until I came across Coleman Pharmacy. I thought why not give them a try and I can honestly say that I am very happy using them. They have worked with me concerning getting my medications at the best prices. I trust them to have my medications every month and if they do have to order medications for me, they come in very quickly. I highly recommend them to you!”

“Great service, but can you please train your staff not to be so offended, two staff members have hung up on me because they way I communicate, and I am not being rude to them either.

I suffer from Asperger's Syndrome (AS) is an older term for a form of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A person with this disorder are not able to control how they sound when they communicate, by their tone is rough and wording is off key.

A lot of people are not educated on this and get offended and pass judgement on people like me.

It makes it hard on people like me because people get offended, passing judgement, and playing victim when we are not being rude, it's just how our communication is because on how our brain operates.

If the person can't handle undering the difference of knowing the difference of being polite or rude then maybe they should go work in a factory where they don't have to getting offended just because a person such as myself are not normal like them.....

This is nationwide of this type of behavior and it's to the point where a person such as myself wants to stay off grid because of people get so offended by how one isn't capable of communicating like a normal person do.

I wish this Asbugers Disorder was taught in all employeement businesses because it ain't a minute that goes by that someone gets offended just because a person communication skills are poor because of the disorder causing their brain not to run on all 8 cylinders.

The 2 employees stayed polite but I heard it in their tone they were offended, and they automatically hung up without fully listening to realizing that's just how my brain works, and that I wasn't trying to be rude.

That is not professional and maybe they need to travel back to the good ole days to learn to grow thicker skin and not be so sensitive. ??”
