Lady's in front were very friendly and nice. Had to leave car for total loss evaluation and they called car rental place and the insurance company so I could get a rental car. Would highly recommend them

I don't want anything from posting this except to warn others so that they are aware of what the estimate process is and of what kind of ethical behavior they can expect from this shop.
After reading other reviews, it sounds like they are better at detailing a car than doing repairs. Took mine here for a 2nd opinion. The first estimate they do is just looking it over-its like a bait and switch, it doesn't accomplish anything. It gives you hope that maybe the estimate will be reasonable and your situation will improve. A real and detailed estimate takes 4.5 weeks to schedule (which means you cannot get a rental thru insurance) and almost 2 more weeks to get it in writing. I had to fight with insurance to be able to get my car to this shop for a 2nd estimate on my vehicle and somehow just coincidently after an insurance rep called the shop their estimate came in at just over the threshold for totaling the car. Also somehow the written estimate LITERALLY DOUBLED from their original look through estimate. A car that's drivable that only needs body work and paint. This shop appealed to me because I had heard good things and saw they had been around for many years. But I think staying in business with insurance companies is more important than gaining customers.
I thought this shop would offer honesty and good communication but I don't think that occurred. I should have known better when I dropped my car off for the estimate and when I conveyed my concerns as a single mom, found at no fault for the wreck and being upside down on my vehicle, I was told "Well I guess you have learned your lesson about that". Really didn't need to be shamed for doing my best and literally everything I can do to be able to have a vehicle to get to work. And as if I intended to be upside down? No. I did not. Single mom life is not easy or predictable.
I was told repeatedly I could call and ask the estimator (Mr. Medley) some questions about the estimate. I have to work 2 jobs and was having a hard time finding a timeframe to call so I had someone call on my behalf who was then refused multiple times to be allowed to talk to him. Questions like, can we repair parts vs replacing all of them? Can we do anything to lower labor costs so that the estimate can get under the threshold and be repaired? Can we pay the cash difference? Still no answers to these questions. There must be some kind of kick back with insurances for giving them the estimates they want instead of what will actually help a customer.

Loved the staff! I was unable to get everyone’s names unfortunately. Helen was very helpful and bubbly. Ron was punctual and informative throughout the whole process. Gloria was very sweet as well! The painter did a great job at repairing the paint back to its original condition while the dent specialist did a great job with the PDR (paintless dent removal). It’s like the damage were never there! Overall, would recommend this family owned shop for your repairs! :)Services: Painting
