Bobby is such a wonderful person. Not only did he help every customer, simultaneously; But he kept us laughing and helped with much more than we originally came in for! Bobby is the reason I will be switching to Metro in the near future!

Bobby was amazing and asked questions, to make sure we were getting what we needed. He kept us laughing, always has a joke to share! We had to take our toddler in with us and he gave her things to play with, to help keep her calm and distracted. We also love their service and would recommend Metro PCS to anyone.

I went to Metro in Van Buren location. A young lady who works at the Fort Smith location. Her name is Andi. I hope I have this right. Well if I could give her more stars. I would definitely give her many 10 stars. She was so kind to me. I told her I was once with Metro and switch to T-Mobile. I said I wasn't satisfied with T-Mobile. So I wanted to go back to Metro. She said no problem. I told her some things I was going through including having cancer. She allow me to sit in a chair at the front desk, Cause I was feeling ill. She push a trash can out just in case. My heart melt. It show me a person with a heart like an angel. Her customer service is indeed the best I have seen in a while. Not that Metro don't have good service. She just had a heart of gold. She also sign me up with a upgrade and very helpful.. most definitely the best.
