Came in to get flat fixed, tires rotated, and oil changed. The flat did not get fixed, they reset the tire sensors to look like they rotated the tires, so the sensors were showing the wrong tire pressure. And I’m sure they did not change the oil just rest the oil life. Will never use them again.

Poor customer service, poor communication and poor quality of service. I took my vehicle in for service the beginning of April. This dealership did not communicate anything about the progress the entire time it was at the dealership. I called them and it was a series of phone tag and leaving voicemails. The on April 14 they stated they would need it yet another week as a part was not received and I refused and decided to pick up my car. Once arriving at the dealership Ralph stated the sunroof issue was not resolved and once they got the part they would get my vehicle back in for service. A week goes by and still nothing from the dealership. I contacted them and spoke with Josh and was then informed the body guy fixed the sunroof. This is not the case, not only is the sunroof still leaking and the seal is old and obviously not new as they stated. The other services that were performed were unsuccessful as the sunroof seal is bubbled and leaks, the windshield washer does not work (after complete replacement of all components) and my engine is still making the noise. As well they replaced parts on the front suspension and failed to put my dust covers back on my brakes. Also they overcharged me and this was going to be credited once they got me back in for the rework. And here I am still waiting to get the poor service issues and overcharge resolved. Over a month and a half later. Save yourself and do not go to this dealership as you will walk out with more problems than you went in with.

Before getting repair, make sure you ask them to check if covered by warranty if you have any. They won't ask you or offer to check. Uggggh! Other than that...good service!

All I needed was a switch for the drivers seat... a twenty dollar part that takes less than 3 minutes to install. They charged me 75 for the part and two hours for labor and a diagnostic fee!! I am furious!! A elderly man can put the part on in less than 3 minutes! Why would they OVERCHARGE ME SUCH A OUTRAGEOUS FEE?!! Never again will I use them!!

I won't usually write reviews unless I am very unsatisfied or extremely happy with service. I will say I'm completely dissatisfied with my service at ORR Chevrolet. While I know the economy is insane right now there was no reason for me to be pressured and talked to the way I was. My husband and I were looking into trading in our car because it was too small for our family. I thought maybe I'd look at getting something a little cheaper since I'm currently not working and finishing my last year of school. At the time I had a 2021 Kia Sorento and I was looking into trading it for a 2016 Ford Explorer. While I know that interest rates and loan times vary based on year of the car this guy come back to me with an insanely ridiculous car payment. He said the payment on the Explorer we were looking at would be around 750!!!! It was priced at just over 27000 dollars. That was literally 13 dollars less a month than my current loan which was for 47000. I told him absolutely not. Why would I pay the same monthly payment for something that is 6 years older than what I currently have and with far less features. That makes absolutely no sense. He kept saying stupid stuff like "well think about it like this, just long enough until you're finished with school and start working again." Now tell me how in the world getting that car would have benefitted me in any way shape or form financially. It would not! I told him that the payment was insane and that unless he could get it to 500-550 there was no way. He kept saying, " well if we get it to 700 will that be ok?" No dude no! I said no! At this point he was very obviously getting angry at my husband and I. He claimed that interest rates had gone up 2 points federally and that it was impossible to get the payment that low because the numbers didn't add up. I knew that was complete garbage and I wasn't going to accept an interest rate over double what my current car was. He then said well what if I tell you this is your only option. I said umm it's not my only option I can keep the car I have. Needless to say we declined that garbage deal and in doing so he thought it was completely appropriate to comment "well I knew you weren't actually in the market when you come in". Oh absolutely Mitchell (yes that is his name) I spent 45 minutes looking at a car and financing options with a toddler to waste your time dude. That was my utmost goal of the day. Let's go to Chevy and ruin a sales man's day. No sir I'm just not interested in getting ripped off thanks. At this point I was so mad at the way I was treated I wanted to prove a point. We went over to the Honda dealer told them what happened and asked if they can do better. I ended up with a brand new Honda Pilot for a lower payment and guess what that interest rate he claimed couldn't be any lower yea it's a 3.9 percent. Just watch yourself! I know salesmen are trying to earn a living but customer happiness and loyalty is important as well. Plus it was super unprofessional to get visibly mad. I likely will not return to ORR after that and we have purchased 3 vehicles with them previously. I wasn't desperate to trade in my car and a simple I'm sorry this one doesn't work for you, we don't have any other third row SUVs but we can keep in touch and let you know when we get something else would have made all the difference. If that's how it would have gone I would have went home and not looked elsewhere. However, I'm glad I did because the service I received was AMAZING at Honda!
