We are repeat customers at ORR. Best prices, friendliest staff, and everyone is pretty darn honest.Recently we got to work with Aaron and he was absolutely wonderful! He was able to get both my grown children into vehicles they absolutely love at the prices that worked for them!

They did a great job finding a vehicle in my price range. I really appreciate Morgan and Tray's help with everything. They made everything thing simple and very flexible with me working night shift it is difficult getting to and from places during normal business hours and they made it simple to work around my time.

My vehicle had an extended service call to replace the water pump. Service Mgr Randy said to bring it in and they would get to it pretty quick. I dropped the car off that morning, and he called me early afternoon to inform me it was complete, and I could pick it up any time.Thank You to Randy, and all those involved at ORR to get my vehicle repaired and back to me asap!I will recommend ORR to everyone!

Johnny(Tray) who was my sales person, I couldn’t have asked for a more conscientious sales person with outstanding customer service abilities. I visited your lot a few months earlier, and Trey waited on me, so when I returned, I asked for a Tray in particular. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I probably will never buy another car in my lifetime, but if I were to do so, I would search out to find Tray, even if it meant, going to a different dealership.I couldn’t believe that the car was put on the lot for sale in the condition it was in. It had Coke stains all over the headliner, steering wheel door and gearshift. There was a large stain on the driver side seat. The carpet look like it had been vacuumed with a Hit and miss attitude, mostly miss. The rain guards over the windows were halfway off the car on both sides.I asked Trey if he would have the car detailed again for me when, I came to pick it up it’s still had coke on the headliner around the gearshift and on the door. The windows were so smeared you could hardly see out of them, and the stain was still on the driver side seat. I shared my disappointment with Trey and he offered to do it again himself, when I got it back the second time it was in perfect condition, just as it should’ve been when I first walked on the lotTo address the loan officer, I choose to never see him again! He talked for 20 minutes nonstop about his incredible abilities and his family. I did not appreciate the waste of my time, nor was I interested in the ramblings of this narcissistic attitude of this person.By mistake, as I was trying to make this review I accidentally sent you five stars, I would say that the five stars go to Tray and two stars goes to the dealership

Jim Knapp our salesman was awesome. Worked with us late in evening and next day until we worked out issues we had with insurance. Price of new vehicle and trade in on ours was just what we wanted. Will definitely recommend Orr and Jim to our friends for future business.

They got my truck in found the problem. When we got our estimates we were pleased with it when they got done. Because they were able to fix it without have to get parts it was way cheaper and they gave me a military discount. I would recommend them to everyone. I am relieved to have my truck fixed.

If you’re shopping for a new vehicle go here! I’ve never been more pleased with a car buying experience than I was at Orr Chevrolet. The staff are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Skylar helped me purchase my new vehicle and was so nice and helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

UPDATE - Orr Chevrolet Cadillac reached out and scheduled the repairs at no charge. The service lead Eduardo De La Fuente was extremely helpful with detailed information and hospitality even though the situation had put him in a tough spot. We will end up losing one tire out of this, but their was over 3K in repairs that ORR handled. Thank you for making it right.Used Vehicle Buyers BEWARE!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2018 YUKON XL Denali about 1.5 months ago. We had a issue with the vehicle and took it in for repair. They replaced the motor mounts and found that there were other issues with the ball joints that was causing issues with the tires to wear on the inside. The service tech asked the manager if they could work with us and come back with a offer of 50% off of a $1400 bill. This is not ok... We have only made 1 payment at this point!!! Hopefully they will see this and reach out to make this right before we take this any further under the Lemon Law in Arkansas. Cliff and Megan Eisenbarger

I was basically pleased with our salesperson. The overall experience was very quick, because I knew what I was looking for and they helped me to get the vehicle I wanted.I do think that there were things that should have been included in the sale.Since I was putting down so much money. They should have gotten me a second key for my vehicle not good on their part.Overall, I would go back and recommend them to others.

I purchased a new/used vehicle on Friday evening and on the way how I had a low tire pressure warning. I had to go back to the dealership the next morning to finish paperwork. While there I told my salesperson Jim about the problem and he got with the sales manager Eric and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. I have been very pleased with this team!!!
