Last week, I was on a road trip with my mom from Dallas, TX to Branson, MO. My car broke down on the highway only 3 hours from our destination. We got towed to Orr Nissan after calling 2 other dealers that did not sound like they could help. We arrived near closing time but the service manager was so great! He gave us a ride to the airport to get a rental car and recommended an awesome audio book series. They said that they might have it done by Saturday depending on the part that is needed. The next day, I called to check on the status of the car and it was done! They had to replace the water pump. Everything was covered by warranty. We spent the next day of our vacation worry-free. Orr Nissan kept both of us calm and helped get us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend! They also had a large variety of snacks and drinks in their lobby.

Friday I stopped by and asked a salesman about an Armada Platinum. I bought my Armada new there in 2022. The salesman took a pic of my vehicles ID # and I asked could he get back to me with an estimate on a trade in with the difference. Never heard back from him. Did the exact same thing to McLarty Daniel Nissan Bentonville they got back to me in two hours. I am thankful I got a much better price and deal by driving a couple hours. I like to stay local. Evidently they have to much business. Bentonville Nissan was awesome!

10/10 would recommend great staff and service miss Heather showed me to the coffee and kept me well informed on my cars status (as I was in a hurry) my car came out all topped off with an oil change and vacuumed! Within no time and they provided me with a form of all the test that were ran and passed on my vehicle:)

Herman Sims was a great salesman. The reason I went to this dealer in the first place was do to the service dept being so fast , fair and kind to a friend who had emergency service done. This was the reason I bought from ORR. Buying a car only takes a short time, but the service dept will be important for the life of the car.

Got truck 3 months ago it has been in the shop there 4 times in the last 3 months they have had the truck more then me it is a 2019 Colorado wt 4x4 has transmission problems electrical problems wires cut up under dash an under hood fuel pump is going out an timing problems causing it to die when you stop at red lights or stop signs an so much more wrong with it I did not listed I have to pay a deductible every time I take it it to there shop they will not do the right thing an do a buy back or trade straight across for a equal value truck just keep taking it to shop an keep spending more of my money on it keep in mind I live about a 2 hour drive from there every trip I make all I have as them is why can't y'all do the right thing an just buy it back or trade straight across I have had it 3 months an put less then 3000 miles on it an most of that is going back an forth to there shop come on or Nissan do the right thing
