Kevin was great especially with him being new to car sales. He took the time to listen to are questions. Everyone there was great and stayed way late to get the deal done. Thank you everyone at Orr.

We took a risk for our small business and bought our first company van from ORR. They had a great price...should have been a red flag. What seemed to be a good experience purchasing the vehicle, quickly turned into a nightmare. Drove out of the parking lot, 5 minutes down the road and engine light comes on. Took it back to ORR. They kept it for 4 days being overlooked by an expert they said.....replaced a part and said it was good to go. The very next time we drive it, light comes on again. Catalytic Converters out!!! Had to fix ourselves, no help from ORR, $3k later. Driving it literally 4 days later, another light on.....new issue, going to cost us $1500 more dollars!!! Called and spoke with a manager, Luke, he was very nice, but in the end, nothing was done other than helping us cancel the warranty we never asked for that covered nothing we needed it to. Salesman Brad never responded to us when we reached out with our concerns. In times like these, buying something is hard, only to be sold a terrible vehicle that you've owned one month, not even tagged yet and dropped serious cash into just to be drivable and just "Sorry, this happened" is what you are going to get. We planned on buying my next vehicle there. Never again.

I just traded my 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4×4. They only offered $2,000 for it. That was VERY disappointing. I was looking for a new 4x4 pickup. I found one that I really liked and spoke to a sales associate about it. Told them I would be by the next day with my wife, so she could give her opinion on it. Well the next day when I arrived with my wife, the truck was parked to the side to be shipped to another dealership. Then they told me they had one just like it in the maintenance area that was used and being inspected, it was blue but it wasn't a 4x4. Another disappointment ?. We reluctantly decided to go ahead and buy this one. My credit score is in the 700s. So I thought I would get a decent interest rate on the financing. They wanted to add my wife to the paperwork. She too has a credit score in the 700s. Our interest rate on financing was outrageous. We weren't informed how high it was going to be until we started signing the contract. I am never buying anything else from this dealership. All the other dealership companies I looked at were offering a much lower rate.

Orr Nissan is happy to sell you a new Nissan Ariya which is an electric SUV. I received a recall notice on mine so I scheduled service with Orr using the Nissan app. Before my appointment I received a call letting me know they are not certified to work on electric vehicles. Really? So, they sell them but they don't work on them. Who's the genius that decided that was a good idea?

Jacob Lemons was very helpful in choosing the car I purchased. He was patient, kind, and truly listened to what items were important to me. He never tried to pressure me into a decision, but talked to me about any reservations that I might have had. I will have no reservation in seeking his assistance for future purchases. Luke Spoon was also helpful with answering questions that I had by looking for factual information and not just guessing or approximating specifications for my car. They both have provided excellent customer service going above and beyond expectations. Thank you gentlemen.

Found our truck online and called in to Orr with a few questions. I was very lucky to have Dale on the other end of the line when I called. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and knew the ins and outs as well as the history of the truck we were interested in. Made the appointment to see it that evening and despite keeping him and the staff there a little late (sorry fellas), we made a great deal and will be long time customers of Dale’s and of Orr Nissan Ft Smith. These guys do it right!

I experienced one of the worst encounter with a car service department ever. I purchased a pre-owned car with 7,000 miles on it and wanted to purchase a warranty and have a light sensor fixed. Upon asking questions and escalating it to the service manager Shane, it spiraled downward further from there. He talked down to me, he wouldn't listen, he argued and was belligerent and kept repeating himself. I finally had to shut down thr conversation and walk out. The other guys at the counter were nice enough until the manager was angry and then they shut me down and turned me away. That was my first experience at a dealership since moving to Arkansas recently. So I called Superior Nissan in Fayetteville and had a red carpet five star experience. They were helpful walking us through options, waived the diagnostic and discussed how they would help us not only either this car but also if we wanted to trade in early etc... Orr made us feel like a pariah because it wasn't purchased there and Superior was far superior. It's worth thr drive to Fayetteville to avoid Orr.

This was the easiest experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. They had the keys ready for what I wanted to test drive, came back and started working up the papers. Every question I had was answered and I was shown the answers instead of just being told them. For sure recommend working with Colton if you get the chance. He’s very easy to work with and genuinely has your best interest at heart. I will be a returning customer!

My husband and I have multiple trips planned this year and neither of us had a vehicle we trusted to drive long distances. We had researched and found exactly what we wanted to look at. We went into Orr Nissan on a random Sunday and they just so happened to be open. Jimmy and Heather were so helpful in the process of buying our 2021 Rav-4! Jimmy was exactly the type of salesman we hoped for! He was easy going and so nice. Heather was so informative and helped us easily navigate through the buying process. They offer free tire rotation and oil changes for up to 2 years and free car washes! We will recommend Orr Nissan very highly in the future! We will also recommend asking for Jimothy and Heather!

We cannot say enough great things about our salesman, Brad! I was impressed with his candor and caring approach. He truly wanted to help us and put our needs above his own desire to sell a vehicle. In doing so, we found a fantastic truck we love. In short, if you are in the market for a vehicle, find Brad. The entire staff wqs very friendly, especially the sales manager Luke and Mike from Finance.Outstanding people! We are extremely satisfied!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at the dealership thanks to Heather! We had our car quit on us before going in, and we knew we needed a new and reliable car for our growing family. Thanks to Heather, we got an incredible car that is the perfect size for our family. We definitely will be returning in the future when we need another upgrade. Thank you again for the incredible service Heather!

The salesman and service center were very nice, however the loan officer customer service was not. He seemed annoyed with my daughter and didn't explain things to her as I would have liked. This was her first car purchase and she was very nervous. I have bought a car through them before and had no problems. Unfortunately don't think we'll be back.Update the salesman reached out to us after this review, and I was very pleased in the why he handled the situation. I recommend if you use this dealership ask for Jacob He was professional and helpful. I hope to use him in the future.

Incredibly kind & professional!! Prompt service, clean environment!!I will say however, I do not like being pounced by a car salesman the very second I park at the service dept.!!He was already standing beside my vehicle & scared me when I stepped out of my driver's side door. I was "scheduled" for a repair & felt very uncomfortable being pounced by a salesman immediately, before I could barely get out of my vehicle!! IF the salesmen want to be THAT motivated, he could take my info & key & check my vehicle in for the service!!!

My fiance and I bought a small suv from here is 2021. In less than 6 months it malfunctioned and died on his way to work one morning. At first Orr pretty much told us sorry about your luck but after my MIL reached out on fb asking for help they decided that they would trade us out of our vehicle. They gave us no other choice but a ford focus freshly traded in to them that had not undergone inspection or detailing. Never let us test drive it. Just said this is all we have for you.the car had 30,000 more miles on it than our original one and it costed the exact same and it was smaller. My toddlers car seat barely fit in the back seat. Not even a few days later the car began shifting oddly. But we dealt with it for almost a year.. it just got worse. We took it to randall ford who ran a diagnostic telling us the transmission was essentially dying and it would cost over 3000 to fix it. Then we found out our warranty that orr sold us was never valid. The car when we were put in it had 99,800 miles on it. They sold us a warranty that was only good up to 60,000 making it useless. On the warranty paperwork it said the car only had 8,000 miles on it.So after speaking with both the Gm and the financial manager they offered to trade us out again, or they would fix our transmission for free and put a new warranty on the car, or they would refund the warranty money and it would go straight to our lender. We attempted to trade out just to find out they lied and tried to get us to pay almost 30,000 for a 16,000 dollar car. So we asked them to fix the transmission instead and put a warranty back on our car.. they had our car for almost a month just to tell us. "We sent it to our guy in van buren, and he said nothing is wrong with it." I gave the Gm a copy of randall ford's diagnostic and told him that wasn't true. Welp sorry we can't figure out what's wrong with it. So the offer to trade us out is on the table but all they can do is give us more than our car is worth but they won't tell us how much more and put the rest of the existing loan on top of the new one for a new car.. the gm promises me he will find something for us but it's been 3 months..we have a toddler and a new baby on the way and have been needing something better for months now. This dealership has been the worst I ever dealt with..
