“I had a really great experience selling two bags here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the staff made the whole process quick and easy. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, professional, and easy to work with, which made the experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. The prices they offered were fair. Awesome staff, great customer service, and a very positive experience overall.”

“Been doing business with Robert for years, this shop is in it to make money but also offer excellent deals. If you treat them with respect, it will go a long ways with them. Yes, they can be tough on buying stuff at times but that is due to the market and they can't take a risk of losing money. Simply not good for business. They will beat almost anyone around on prices and they will be honest. More honest than any pawn shop in the country. Straight facts. Will be a repeat customer for life!”

“One of the best pawn shops in town! Great selection and awesome staff. They are only FFL I'll use. If you want good service you have to choose Randy's.”

“The owner is honestly one of the kindest persons on the planet. I would highly recommend this pawn shop over any of the others. No competition as far as the level of honesty and compassion this guy has for his customers. To top it off the shop is really cool too. Thank you.”

“Taylor Bailey at Pawn Stars of Ft.S is the best! He's polite, professional & (thankfully) offers FFL services for reasonable fee. We found that very few pawn shops (basically NONE) in NWA offer FFL services to customers needing to transfer a firearm specifically to NY state. I guess they're put off by NY's gun laws. But, Taylor at Pawn Stars has helped us 2 yrs in a row doing FFL transfers to a relative in NY. Easy process (contrary to popular belief)! We appreciate his willingness to help his customers & will continue to give him our business.”

“Definitely a place worth stopping in and looking around. They got a huge selection of electronics, tools, guns, and more. I called them early this morning looking for an apple pencil. In just a few moments he'd confirmed they had it. And I headed that way. I met Ed, who was friendly, helpful and efficient.”

“Went there on a whim today and found my son an awesome Nintendo Switch for his birthday. The guys there hooked us up with a very fair price and were extremely friendly. There were lots of odd and end tools, TVs, guitars, and everything in-between. I will definitely be doing more business there!”
