6802 Rogers Ave UNIT 5, Fort SmithPaid over 200.00 plus a tip before I seen our dogs. They said one of our dogs bit her, never happened before but ok if you can't groom one then don't charge for it. Both dogs look the same as when we took them in. Sorry but you lost us from now on. I will say that in the past I was satisfied, but to pay full price for what I received this time is unacceptable!!!! UPDATE there seemed to be a big misunderstanding this morning when I took the dogs in, I received a call from the owner I'm guessing and she explained what happened, I was satisfied with the explanation and the outcome and will try them again.

Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation. The patience and gentle care they displayed impressed my husband and I greatly and we cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about Kitties and Canines. We bring all of our dogs here for their care, including vaccinations and routine visits, and every single experience has been wonderful. The staff is always incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and you can truly tell how much they care about the animals they treat.
Our dogs absolutely love coming here, which says so much. We also had our St. Bernard, Frieda, spayed here and had a great experience — everything was handled with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication, which made the entire process feel safe and stress-free for us as pet parents.

I had taken my dog Maggie to one other doggy daycare in Fort Smith and that experience was awful, so when I took her to Ultimutt it was a night and day difference. The people are so nice and I can tell they genuinely love animals. I have never once felt anxious taking her there. I work from home so Maggie doesn’t necessarily need to go, I just take her maybe once or twice a week to get some socialization since her siblings are all cats. She always seems so happy when I pick her up, and they post pictures on their Facebook page that show that she really is happy there. I cannot recommend them enough! ❤️
