I brought in my two blue heelers today for a bath and groom. Jordan got Sadie and Sniper in so quick. She is always caring and gentle with both of my dogs and they are absolutely drawn to her. She is the best groomer I’ve ever had. She listened to my concerns and then took care of my babies going above any beyond! Highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a good groomer. Now on to my not so good experience. The cashier who checked me out was named Staci. She was rude and impatient. I was trying to figure out how to use the rewards system since I had received my first reward and she was very inconsiderate and made me feel stupid for not having it all ready to go on demand for her. Grooming is A++ but Cashier Staci definitely a D-.

First time making an appointment for my Giant Breed dog for grooming. He is a Large Lazy sweetheart of a dog. I drop him off after the consultation. Which was already with a different groomer than the one I had requested and was referred to. Red flag number one.I get home and not two seconds after walking through the door, I get a phone call stating I needed to come pick up my boy because he was not wanting to walk towards the bathtub.I was told that they can't handle him and his lazy demeanor.Absolutely never in his life has he been turned away from a groomer. Which shows this facility's incompetence when it comes to stubborn dogs.As far as I am concerned if they have an issue with large dogs and are incapable of handling them, don't accept the appointment to begin with.

They attempted to kick my father out because he did not have his dog on a leash. His dog is a certified PSD and cannot use a leash per his task. The store needs to be more educated on ADA guidelines for service dogs. Worse yet, this is a store with the sole focus of ANIMALS and yet the staff is uneducated about something as critical as service animals. I am imploring my father to never shop at this store again. This is discrimination and taken very seriously by federal law. They had better fix it before it becomes a bigger issue for them!

Took my dog in for a haircut. Picked him up a few hours later to find out that he was not given a haircut because he was “too rowdy”. This if after he has been there multiple times before for a haircut and nail trims. They still charged me $52 for a bath. Yes. FIFTY TWO DOLLARS FOR JUST A BATH. Somehow he wasn’t “too rowdy” to get completely dried to the skin after the bath, however does not smell like he had a bath at all. Do not recommend. Please save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

I went into Petco wanting to start an aquarium. I had no clue what I wanted or needed. One of the employees, Dion, was great! He was so honest with me, helped me find exactly what I wanted, helped me save a little money, and I left so satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you Dion!! (Petco, this guy should really have a lot of raises after this) His knowledge was incredible! I didn't talk to any of the other employees, other than the girl checking me out (SUPER friendly and professional) , but while I was in there I could tell that they are all amazing in there! This was by far the BEST experience I have had. Thank you Petco of Fort Smith!

When I went they were super busy, so no one asked me if I needed help with finding anything but I just go for the refill on the cat litter witch is an amazing deal! If you have more that one kitty cat that litter it is a most! BUT long story short if I did need help I would have to go find a worker.

I was very happy with my shopping experience until I was told I had to pay TEN CENTS for a plastic bag. You are not trying to hep the environment because if you were you would be SELLING paper bags. This is just another way for Petco to raise prices and make more money for the big corporation.

Absolutely ridiculous. Going to be looking for legal advice since nobody told me anything along with no paperwork or pamphlets. Especially no information about not touching your hamsters for at least a week to make sure that they don’t have any diseases and so that they can get used to you. I got bit very badly and then started getting blisters around the wound. Potentially a fatal disease. So I went to the hospital to get antibiotics and a tetanus shot. What if it was my five-year-old daughter that I bought the hamsters for that got bit? The bite was so deep that it would’ve just went straight through my daughters finger if it had happened to her.

Whitney was so gentle with my Saint Bernard, Benny. She got us set up with a VIP appointment so Benny wouldn’t have to be in a kennel much. She went above and beyond and we will definitely be back! Benny looks so clean and fresh!

The store seemed a bit too dirty. Things were unorganized. Certain areas had little to no product. I needed help but there was nobody available to help. The only employee was the person on the register. I looked all over the store and could not find another employee. When I was ready to check out the cashier had stepped away from the register and I, along with other customers, had to wait about 10 minutes before he came back. I just got a new puppy and this was my first time in the store. All in all it was a frustrating experience.
