Good God please give us a menu and price the food! The morning workers need breakfast. Clean the parking lot. That carwash is just a place to sleep! Why is it false advertising? The workers are cool They would be even cool if they stocked the cooler and took out the trash and swept the parking lot.

If you live in Greenwood and it's past 10:45 or an hour or two earlier depending what day the week, this is your best shot gas or cigarettes during the hours the old wealthy people close down their businesses and send the teenagers home LOL nice place they don't take digital Marlboro coupons though but I'm so relieved I don't have to go all the way to fort Smith that they're getting five stars anyway ;) ?

There's a person that works the morning crew who always has an attitude, this person has poor customer service skills. Also the breakfast food in the hot box is old and didn't taste right. Poor service and poor quality food.

I interact with the morning crew, more than any other shift, and the ladies are wonderful, and so is the gentleman I see more often than not. I do not know who the main boss is, but it seems there's two main ones, a woman and a man, and they are very professional, helpful, and friendly. He's always greeted me with a smile, and has always been polite. She has always been very professional. I admit, I was a bit disgruntled for a brief period, but they have such great customer service at this particular Pic N Tote. I was taken seriously, and am very appreciative. I recommend you stopping by, for any of your convenience/gas store needs. The employees keep you coming back.

We stop here on a regular basis for gas at the hwy 71 pic n tote. The inside smells and we have seen roaches on several occasions.. It could really use a good cleaning and some help with the bugs.

Ive been a regular customer to this gas station for the last few years. The employees on 2nd shift are the most courteous and kindest folks I've encountered at a gas station. They are always friendly and will go above and beyond to help you and make sure your visit is pleasant. The evening shift will always make sure there is fresh food and plenty to serve. The store is always cleaner in the evening. If your looking for fast friendly service then go to this store during the EVENING and that is EXACTLY what you'll get!!
