Quest doesn't care and not having anyone to help people check in is proof

The lady with the white, short haircut is an absolute dear. If you get the lady with longer hair, just turn around and leave unless you want your day ruined. People who act like the way she did shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public.
Another annoyance was that apparently they recently switched to a new internet provider and don't know how to update their fax number to the same number they had before so you have to go get your own lab work paperwork from your doctor and take it with you in person.

Test services sent me in to get a test kit at this location. When I arrived a lady came out and yelled at my kids. Then when they called me back they said they have my doctors order but the quest test service number is a call center who make minimum wage and that they can do whatever they want there and 5 ladies came around me one yelling at me and scary and told me I was crazy because quest test services doesn’t know what they are talking about. I told them I would wait in the lobby and call quest so they can see what I was told to do and while I was calling them they came out in the lobby and said the supervisor told them not to serve me and that I need to leave immediately. Not sure if this is a snooty better than me issue or a racial issue because my adopted autistic child is another race. I have no idea why these ladies behaved this way but it’s poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I’m somewhat confused and traumatized by my visit to this location and will not be returning. My insurance was billed for this test.

Good luck if you are illiterate, need to drop off a sample, or anything else that would be greatly helped or expedited by human interaction. There are no humans to greet you, just a screen and a locked door, so good luck figuring out what you need to do to drop off a sample that's time sensitive and is in a collection cup. Then, if the doctor or hospital improperly labeled the sample, the staff is going to be rude to you. They closed down the quest lab on the south side of town but left this one open? What a joke. If at all possible, go to a different lab/service center, etc. Quest has never failed to underwhelm me but this place really takes the cake. I wish our local hospital would stop using them.

Was told over the phone if we arrive by 11 we could be seen to do a routine Urine Analysis for a job, got there BEFORE 11 and sat and waited until I was told around 11:30 that I needed to make an appointment, wasted work hours for nothing. Not to mention the woman was extremely rude and needs to learn better communication skills for someone working with public!

Very very very rude behavior, 45 min before close and they come out and tell all of us in the front well no more appointments today and we don't do walk ins anymore it has just got too busy...lady in her little hazmat looking suit was very rude and even expressed she didn't care they only take walk in drug screens everything else has to be an appointment. Well if that's a case put a sign up on the door so people don't take off work early and waste their time with you people...

Worst experience ever. My Moms Dr set her here for lab work which they used to do themselves after we made the trip to the Drs office and was told we had to go to this place. We find it and I go in to ask 1 simple question my Mom needs a wheel chair to get in and out of places and we are used to there being some available everywhere we go. I have back problems and cant handle her chair to take with us all the time. I walk in only person in the place. NO receptionist in front office area to ask about a chair. Just a stupid tablet to sign in on or make an appointment on that I couldnt get to work to begin with and I didnt want ti fill in all the info it ask for if I couldnt get Mom in to begin with. I hear laughing and talking from the back so I know people were available to be in the front area. I just stand there looking at the walls and doors wondering if I need to yell at someone to get attention. Another person comes in I step aside to let him check in as he had an appointment. He tried about 20 times to get the thing to work and he couldnt get it to sign him in either and he ad all the info it was asking for where I didnt. Another guy comes in we ask him if he knows how to do this he said no but was reading about it, he got up and he managed to get it to work and finally a person came to the front. I jumped in and ask about a wheel chair and was told no dont offer that. So wasted time wasted trip and now my mom is hurting all over from just getting out of the house and being carted all over town. Place was small, carpet was stained and dirty and this is a LAB....if she has to go here for lab work she may never get any done again
Followup visit to get moms blood drawn. We took her wheel chair which was hard for me to get in and out of car, We managed to get signed in, she gets called back. ONE person in the whole place. Lady said the other one was gone to get lunch or something like that. The lady there was the WORST person to be left alone. I really think she had no idea what she was doing. She even admitted she wasnt as good at it as the other person...well you should have waited till she got back! NO ONE has ever had trouble getting moms blood. This lady was saying she couldnt find a vein which was right in front of her. Then she said it was rolling, thats never happend to Mom before. See poked my mom about 3 times and didnt get enough blood to fill the tube half way. Then she poked her hand with no luck then she poked her other arm and finally got enough for lab work. My moms arms were BLACK and BLUE for a week or longer after all that crap. WORST place ever for labwork. I will never use this place for any reason.

I made an unfortunate mistake with directions and got myself lost. Ended up coming in about 10 minutes from close and wasnt expecting to be able to get in today and have to come back tomorrow. It wouldnt have been a big deal, but I wanted to try anyways. Got inside and the kiosk told me i would have to come back tomorrow, so I gathered my things and prepared to leave. Before I could got out of the door, I was stopped and they were able to take me back and got my blood drawn. Whole process only took 3 minutes and i was out at 3:57. Very impressive work, the poke didnt hurt one bit either.
