Very bed experience. Rented online but once got there the lady working claimed they had me down for something different than what was supposed to been renting. She was very rude and disrespectful. And definitely didn't know what she was doing.. wasted over a hour of my time... upon arrival she had the door locked and come to the door and come our side and said she had to inspect my vehicle. Never had this issue any where else... definitely don't recommend this place!

The lady who works at desk is very disrespectful and very rude lady and doesn't need a job working customer services. Won't be back to that place. And I warn everyone else. Unless you want to be sitting there all night

Was greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly and professional. The location was very clean and fresh. I would recommend storing your items here to everyone. I'm from California storing my family''s photos and my mom'"s personal affects here until I can get back to relocate.

Loved using Razorbox. The automated system was a life saver when we needed to quickly grab stuff out of our unit. Stephanie was INCREDIBLE, she was such a huge help in getting us any items we needed on a pinch (dolly, boxes, etc.). I ended up renting two U-Hauls from here because of how helpful she was. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, THANK YOU!
