The most easiest and fastest experience I've ever encountered!! Pamela was AMAZING! And Caleb jumped right on in and pieced my couches together, just the way I wanted it!! Me and my family love our new sofa!!! Our house is now an home, thanks to RentOne!!

They are great people friendly and helpful from first phone call to when I went to store to shop. I ended up getting an item and the whole experience was quick and easy. And all employees I came in contact with from store manager to sales were great they were knowledgeable and friendly . I would recommend.the fort Smith location if you want a great experience.

We spent nearly $2,000 on a TV, and we had it almost completely paid off—only about $300 left. That Friday I was going to pay it off. Unfortunately, we were a little late on a payment, and instead of working with us, they repossessed it. Just a few days later, they sold it to someone else. Their customer service is terrible—poor communication, lack of flexibility, and empty promises about calling back when they say they will. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend the Rent-A-Center on Zero Street. I've been with them for years and have had a much better experience. Also apparently I should have had up to six months to reinstate my TV. They didn't even give me 3 days. Posted a picture of the welcome returns thing they have online.

Just moved to fort smith and we needed a bed. And we decided to check out Rent one down the road from us on Kelly highway and we spoke to Caleb the store manager and he was very helpful and very honest. He helped us find a bed with our budget and had it delivered the same day only an hour or two later it was fast. We were very happy how it went. And satisfied with our selection of choice we made. If you need a anytype of furniture or appliance go check Caleb out at REnt one here in fortsmith. 10/10 recommend. And the men who delivered did an awesome job as well. Very nice people down there.

Love dealing with everyone down there, they are all so kind and always take good care of us! We have been renting from them for years now and with the payments so affordable we have paid off several different items and keep going back for more! Thanks to you all we have managed to fully furnished our whole house over the years and can now proudly say we own everything we have worked hard for! Thank you rent one and the employees!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would do not rent anything from this place the workers are very rude and waste your time and they treat you like complete garbage I tried to get a PS5 Pro and was going to put $500 down and they refused my service
