Good luck trying to work the tv. I found it odd that it was already on when I entered the room the first time. Now I realize they did you a favor because it takes a miracle to figure out the remote on your own… and I’m a tech savvy person. I still can’t figure out how to turn it back on.The AC is super loud and annoying. Worse than most other annoying hotel units. The whole staff is super nice and it’s clean. It’s just their tv and AC are absolutely terrible. The worst!Rooms: Terrible TV situation - the remote is impossible to figure outThe AC unit is very loud and annoying

It doesn’t appear they’ve updated the rooms in the past 10-15 years. It was clean and well taken care of, just the technology and decor seems a little outdated.

Run down place. Pool was drained, property was in disarray and not due to a remodel. Great location, that's about all it's got going for it, terrible breakfast!

Love the two bedroom option they have. But this time our bathroom fans didn't work, so all the steam from the shower had nowhere to go except back into the room. They said the room hasn't been renovated yet and that's why it didn't work. In my opinion that's no excuse.Breakfast was great!

Stay here for 20 days on business, property was generally decent, and the staff was nice and simple as they could be.The exterior card readers are finicky and often don’t work leaving. You stranded outside the building.I requested Maid Services daily, but in 20 days my room was only cleaned one time. Twice I found a new stack of towels, randomly placed in the room, and two other times I had to go and request a new set of towels, but the room was only actually cleaned one time in 20 days even though I requested that it be cleaned dailyRooms are a little dated, but decent enough, and generally decently appointed, even though the equipment in the kitchen was very low quality and broke very easily with normal use.Dishwasher was extremely loud and could only be run if you were going to be out for the day.A bright spot is the breakfast which included eggs, a meat, hot oatmeal, a small selection of pastries, breads, namebrand, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Coffee was very strong, but they also offer iced coffee as well. The television service in my room was sporadic, and sometimes just went blurry in the middle of an episode, and would stay that way for hours.Others seem to have the same problem. If in the area on business I might stay there again, but for leisure travel, I would look for a more updated and well-kept establishment.

For the amount of money you spend, ya get a crappy torn leather chair and crappy watered down coffee for your coffee maker.#AvoidEoom226

I've been to a few of these, never did they stand out. Always a bit subpar. This one is really great and that means a lot considering I'm more of a Hilton guy. This may change my mind.Fantastic rooms, modern and new. Clean. You have a small kitchen, desk, good water pressure in the shower with excellent temperature control. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Clean pool area. Not much of a fan of it being open in front of the parking lot, but I can't take away for that. The gym has plenty of cardio equipment and a full weight rack. The breakfast is a little lackluster compared to other similar options. All of these hotels have a similar problem of not being able to restock efficiently. After a weekend passes they always run out of anything but skim milk and plain yogurt. All in all great experience. Would stay again.

9 dollars for a snickers a payday and and a small red Gatorade at the lobby. Toilet seat was dirty and the closet mirror had some spatter from the sink across it. Nice stores and restaurants but too far to walk (takes super long to cross streets) and almost too close to use your car. Just use your car.

Great Hotel in a Great location. A bit pricey but, for the comfort and the friendliest staff I have ever had it is worth the stay. The rooms are awesomeRooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have everything you need.Safety: This area is a really nice and clean area.Food & drinks: Surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. Literally across the parking lot in any direction. Also, directly across the street from Texas RoadhouseNoteworthy details: This place is definitely worth the stay. When I leave I will be back at a different date and am definitely rebooking. The staff and management have all made this stay for me Excellent.

This was in a good location, right next to olive garden., red lobster, and mercy hospital, we pulled in a guy was power washing it happens, we walked through a wet mess, but not docking it, the room was old looking, but set up well. We got this place because 2 tvs, I wanted to watch a game, she hates football, and for the breakfast, it looked good on pics. And to have a bedroom separate from the other tv. I get loud watching games. As soon as we went in, we turned tvs on. Very limited old guide type, but again not docking for that. The non bedroom TV wouldn't work, that was aggravating since that is one of the main reasons we picked the place. We lied on bed, she just shook her head while I watched the game, we called about tv the lady said she would send someone up, stayed 2 days and no one ever showed up, and the power washing guy never quit for 2 days, daylight to dark, already aggravated, we decided to check the breakfast out, I can be happy with a 99 cent biscuit and gravy, this garbage wasn't worth 99 cents. Kids had the waffles taken up, so we tried turkey sausage, some sick tasting round egg mess, and a rock hard muffin, literally tried to chew it, and I could have gotten through a cardboard box, but not that. This place has potential, but it wasn't worth it, make breakfast edible, have working tvs, cover the green water leaf covered pool up, it was quiet at night, and bed wasn't terrible, pillows are paper thin, so bring some.

The hotel could use a little bit of an upgrade but I do enjoy going to this one, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they do a great job on their morning breakfast.

Ms. Amber and ChiAnne were the greatest. When l come home to see my mom we ALWAYS stay at the Residence Inn because of your friendly staff AND the immensities. I understand that you will be renovating the property soon and l PRAY that you keep some rooms with a FULL kitchen because that is one of the reasons we ALWAYS stay there. That is definitely a major plus.We ran into a small problem and Ms. Amber made sure it was taken care of immediately. Also Ms. Marva the housekeeper is a KEEPER. Beautiful personality. Ms. Amber is one of the most welcoming and willing to make sure your stay at the Residence Inn is one to remember.

The people have been very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is fair but edible. The waffles are good. The room needs some maintenance, torn curtains and ceiling spots. I'm grateful they were able to allow us to stay extra days when our movers didn't show.

The rooms are a little dated and need to be modernized but I understand there is a plan in works to start upgrading sometime after the new year. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was always hot and well stocked and had a good variety.
