Honest review: I took my son to Savers today at 12ish to get him some jeans. I have donated 1000's of items over the years to this store. Today we bought 2 pair of jeans and a $2.99 costume at almost $35.00. They gave us the 40% off that transaction. Taking it to around $34.00. You do the math. Now because they have no dressing room we had to take him outside to the truck to try the 2 pair of jeans on. The jeans were to small, so we took them back in and exchanged them within a few minutes. The new jeans we then got were cheaper in price than the other 2 we previously paid for. But when we paid this go round they charged us an additional $9.00 and refused to use the 40% off on the exchange. So basically sorta feels like they scammed us. When questioned about it the manager got extremely hateful and started tossing excuses like the Boys and Girls club needs money and computers don't lie- etc. So we paid the extra cash even though we should not have and left knowing they did not handle the transaction right. I once liked Savers but after today it makes me question how many have been scammed like that?

This place is a very large and nicely organized thrift store. However, the prices at this thrift store are very questionable. Who in the world would pay eight dollars for a used T-shirt regardless of what it says on it or what brand name it is it’s used. How about eight dollars for a sheet not the top and the bottom, but just one of us at for eight dollars. This is not really a thrift store. This is a resale store. This is a higher and this is not made to help people on the lower income make it through the month. These items have all been donated and the price is she reflect that. I will not be coming back here again, especially if they asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag to take my items home in.

You can't try anything on, they told me I could buy something and take it to the bathroom to try it on. They wouldn't let me return anything. They said I could get something else there instead. I just wanted my money back. Don't buy here unless you plan on keeping it.

Here's my problem.. NO DRESSING ROOMS. Their brilliant solution is buy it, take it home, try it in and bring back for credit. Or, the lady said buy a few pieces, take to the bathroom and try it on, keep what fits. Also, some staff were nice, some were rude, snobby jerks

Really disappointed in their prices here its second hand clothing well worn some pieces and they wanted $9 for a used shirt I’m pretty disappointed if you wanna save money just go to a regular store. Their dresses are $18-29 for used clothing.

Wow ! I was shocked at how high their prices were today. They charge Walmart prices for used stuff, some of it is even higher than Walmart. It's used stuff people, not brand new ??. What a huge rip off....

We stopped by this Savers on our way through Fort Smith. The store was well organized, well stocked, and clean. I found a lot of variety in household goods as well as clothing.Clothing prices were fair although as some have mentioned some prices were inflated (a pair of shorts that is currently $6 at Walmart was marked $7.99).Overall there was a great selection and numerous bargains to be had. When we pass through again I will absolutely be back.

After being disappointed with the other thrift stores fort smith has to offer. I was very happy to find this place. I'm not sure why people are complaining about prices. They were the same as other stores, but better quality and selection. I highly suggest checking then out if you're tired of the garbage being sold at the other large thrift stores in this area

The store is a good size with plenty to look at. The prices have gotten higher. I don't like that they no longer have dressing rooms because this is pretty much a must with growing children. It's inconvenient to come back to return if something doesn't fit.

Prices are way too high and alot of the clothes are stained along with the furniture and toys. Some of the items look like yard sale throw aways but still over price it.

Most things you can buy for new for $5 more its a over priced store even though I like going here I always leave discouraged and come back less and less its been two months before I came back and probably going to be that long again. How this place gets free items and sales them for close to store prices idk but I do know a FREE USED pair of shoes should not be 39.99 when they got the items for FREE. I guess smart business by saying you donate they donate they make thousands on items that was given to them.

It's a decent place and sometimes you can find pretty good deals. Lately though it seems items are not far off from brand new pricing. If you're shopping and look up items you'll notice the prices for brand new are not much more than the price savers is charging for used donated items.

I’ve been a Saver’s shopper for many years. They do have the goods but the prices could never be called “thrift” prices. $20 for a sundress, $25 for shoes, $30 for a nice sweatshirt. I’ve watched the prices go higher and higher but I still go. It’s just much harder to find that item that I can either justify the cost or the pricers missed. I like checking myself out but not here. If someone is going to stand over my shoulder the whole time, then they should just do the cashiering. I always feel smothered at the front. They escort you to a register, stand behind and watch everything you do. They got the goods but it’s not fun like it once was.

Man they used to have such good prices. Now there's Sky High. I'd pick up athletic jerseys for $3.50 and if it had a local school it was $7.50. Now they're $13.50 and the rags are jam-packed full.
