I provided all the information that was requested for my charity care application and they still denied me, claiming "insufficient information." They wouldn't respond to any emails or answer the phone. They purposefully put as many obstacles in place as possible to deny people. Crooked place.

You called me at work then put me on hold for over a hour! People who work don't have time to sit on the phone while you take your time. Having 4 stars because you probably give bonuses to your employees to post how much they love to your there is not an honest review that shows your integrity.

It's rather difficult to expect a newbie to learn how to navigate between 2 screens when the trainer is going 300 miles/per minute. The trainers ain't really training and they deep down don't want to train new employees. It's no wonder i left. ?♀️?
