“There is nothing worse than letting your lawyer know that you will be on the road for the next six weeks and then wham, he needs legal documentation signed with an estate check attached... and of course, he needs it tomorrow after sheep shanking for three months. Leaving Shawnee, OK, we found a FedEx shipping depot ahead on the I-40 interstate at Fort Smith, Arkansas. This location is not too far off the interstate but it gave us a chance to explore the city too and what a beauty of a city it is. It was a little humorous to find the Fedex located at S. Phoenix St, and I can say that being from Arizona. The Fedex depot is really nice and large with a service counter at the front for easy shipping. The gentleman at the counter had me in and out within 5 minutes with my overnight shipment to New Jersey. Gotta give Fedex a lot of kudos.. I received confirmation from my attorney that they received my package the next day before 5pm. Fedex... you are awesome.”

He was very personable, likable and I enjoyed our short conversation getting to know each other. It's important to note that the last thing a customer sees is the driver. They represent their company and if they're in a bad mood or their attitude sucks...it's a reflection of the entire company.
