“Just got my Home Depot vanity delivered this morning. Ryan Stapleton called in to dispatch to communicate a minor detail to the driver. Richard showed up with a smile and stellar attitude. He was very personable, likable and I enjoyed our short conversation getting to know each other. It's important to note that the last thing a customer sees is the driver. They represent their company and if they're in a bad mood or their attitude sucks...it's a reflection of the entire company. This is true for all companies with hard working delivery drivers.In a day and age where it's hard to find good help, ABF should be proud to have Richard as an employee.
