I wanted to use a gift card and the cashier didn't know how to process it correctly, so I could only use part of the balance instead of all of it. It's baffling that the process was so difficult for her. It was a disappointing experience.

This store has started carrying some extended size men's shoes of which I am super thankful!! All my guys wear large size shoes and it is such a pain to try to find them local. Thank you Shoe Dept.!!! Keep up the good work.
