In the past I have had a nightmare time trying to switch phone service. I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the service and competence at this location when switching service to T-Mobile. Christy was absolutely fantastic! She took care of all three lines in very short order. She answered all questions that I had explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend this location and this associate without hesitation. My fourth line is for a grandmother in New Mexico, and even in that Christy was there as much as she could to answer any questions and help in the process.Sadly, my review for that location in Bernalillo, New Mexico is quite different.

My modem had issues so I bring it back, and given the exact same modem with a new sims card, then was told to bring the modem back up here and had to wait an additional 30mins to speak to another employee, lack of knowledge and not know what your doing is a issue and waste of customer times.

Looked over phone said it was good for trade them right before we confirmed it all he noticed a crack and said no trade in.

T - Mobile is Great!!! They treat you like a person and not a number. They go out of Thier way to help Thier customers. I always feel good when I go to the store and T Mobile Tuesdays are great!

I would give zero stars if I could. They signed us up for service knowing that their coverage does not work in Lavaca. We notified them within days that the phones did not work @ our home. They had us return multiple times to 'reset' our phones. I set up meetings with the Manager Brian @ the store - when I would arrive, he was 'at lunch' & would say - I tried to call you. You knew my phone didn't work! It's a 25min drive each way. We finally got him to admit that their service does not work here. After hours and multiple trips, we returned our phones and obtained a signature from Brian. They are still billing us for the phones. We paid for several months of useless service, returned their product - that they admitted should have NEVER been sold to us (they had pinged our address supposedly) and they are still billing us. Keep in mind: contacting Customer Service? Each time is 1-2hrs wait and they do nothing but, tell you to go to the store.Edgar and Foye have always been very pleasant - they just can't resolve the issue.Verizon works perfectly - IN OUR HOUSE! Hallelujah!

Do not get t-mobile. They have horrible service. Why am I in center of town and hit roam? 2 Bars in fort smith...really? Horrible!! And pay 150 a month. Not worth it. I'm leaving when this round is up!

I’ve had sprint for over 2 years now, this is my favorite store. I love to come to the Assistant Manager Meredith for all my questions and concerns. She’s always incredibly nice and helpful! She does as much as she can for everyone.

This is always my go-to location! Meredith & staff are always so helpful & knowledgeable. The store is always clean & well stocked as well. I would recommend this location to anyone a million times over!!

Staff, especially Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with me. They worked with me to find a solution to a problem I encountered with my cell phone, and they were happy to answer follow up questions as well. Over all, I am satisfied with my experience at this store.
