Decided to give this salon a chance, the artist Tony did an amazing job. I had no clue what I wanted except for the fact that I wanted some hot pink. So we decided on a free style. She did an Ora or wtv it’s called on my nails and I’m absolutely obsessed with it.

It is so hard to find a good nail place who will do what you really want and need. The bottom of my feet get really rough. I always ask for them to scrape the bottom of my feet more than they normally would because of how rough they are. Only one other place has done it for me and my feet were amazing after.
The woman came over and started rubbing some thing against my foot that was not the actual scraper and said “no no we can’t do more it’ll make you bleed” after telling her many times that I won’t. You can see how rough my feet still look, she told me to come back tomorrow. Mind you it’s 930 in the morning and they just opened.
I won’t be going back.
It’s not hard to do what the customer asks. Especially when you can see how rough the foot is.
A lot of people have rough feet, and when you go to nail tech school, you learn how to care for different types of feet and what you can do. This was purely a customer service related issue.

When I first walked in they were really nice and had good small talk but then one lady started talking about how she wants to be gay now because of her soon to be ex husband and how he won’t roll up for her.. Which is kinda crazy. Then she was flipping of the camera so her boss could see and was vaping directly in the open. Not professional at all. I even saw a small roach as I was walking out! And to add my nails are very thick and not evenly shaped even though I had asked them to be fixed. After all that I gave the lady a tip and she had that face of “what’s this” like it wasn’t enough. Honey I’m already spending enough make your prices higher if you want more money a tip is for a good job it’s NOT required!

Over priced and not done good I went to pay and she almost charged me 55 for two fake nails and a regular pedicure when the pricing listed online and in the salon is only 30 to 35 plus

Woman cut my nails way too short when I asked for them to be long and now I look like I have little kid nails on my fingers and the short length is unflattering and makes my fingers look fat. I was overcharged as well, it was $30 more than it was last time I went a month ago for essentially the same exact thing. I think each tech just picks their own prices. Im really disappointed.

My grandma used to come weekly and I Have been going here about 20 years, never disappoints. The owner stayed over an hour yesterday after close to finish my nails.

No! No! No! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be shut down. I walked out in the middle of my service and should have left much sooner. None of the equipment that was used on my pedicure was sterilized. Whoever was doing my pedicure also cut his own cuticles on his fingers with the same equipment he was using on me and then proceeded to continue to use it on my toes. We paid what was owed and left with no further services done.

I’ve been here a few other times but today was by far the worse experience. The gentleman who attended to me was rough, focused on what he was watching on his phone. At one point it actually hurt I had to pull my hand back. I don’t know if I’ll be back or not but most likely not. I do not like to be man handled. And $40 for dip. I asked for a full manicure with a powder dip. Shameful. I’d ask for my money back but idk how to. This looks horrible and he wouldn’t listen to me and what I wanted.
