Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and received my confirmation email . The day before my appointment I received a text from the salon asking to reschedule for next week and I said yes . I never received a text back after that nor anything else to set up a new appointment.

Unfortunately I never got the chance to get my hair done. When I tried to setup an appointment it took a full day before I got a reply and then when I finally set a date with one of the stylist, the day of getting my hair done she texted me bright and early saying she had COVID symptoms. I was bummed out but understanding and she said she would update me on the situation, two weeks go by and she never did. I contacted the salon again to see if she was back in and they said she was still out of commission. So I asked for a new stylist because I wanted to have my hair done before Valentine’s Day and they apologized and said someone else will contact me to set up a new appointment and no one did. I thought maybe things are just hectic because of COVID I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited the rest of the week for a reply. 3 days go by and no one ever messaged me or anything so I had to go to a different salon. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and I am very disappointed after all the highly rated reviews of this salon. If you can’t book things correctly and keep track of your clients then what are you doing?

I arrived on time 10am, I had highlights on short hair and makeup done nothing over the top and I didn't leave until 3:pm...The lighting is horrible inside salon had to keep changing shampoo chairs which are uncomfortable.Will not be returning spent 250.00 down the drain.I used Caitlin (Cat)..she was very nice but not experienced with foil highlights.Cynthia MServices: Hairstyling

So glad I found this place. The staff is exceptional in this location. Very personable and professional. Each hairdresser there interacts and helps clean up together. I really noticed just how friendly they were with each other and others clients. This place is doing a lot right.My hairstylist was Cassie . She did an absolutely beautiful job . She spent a long time on my hair, and didn't act rushed or bothered for a single moment. She obviously has a lot of knowledge and passion about her profession. And oh my goodness this chick is an artist. These ladies are fantastic at color. Truly artists .
