Absolutely AWFUL customer service if they like you they will treat you nice and if they don't they will be horrible to you and when you call the store they will not answer the phone as they have caller ID. I spend thousands at Talbots per month and this is how I am treated. DO NOT buy stuff at the store as they will make you feel horrible if you have to return something. The manager and assistant manager will even snap at you. They hold a grudge and do not forget it like two year olds. When you call the store to talk to the manager about the issues she won't take the time to speak with you and she will make you feel bad about calling and WON'T have your back. Stay away you can spend less money and get treated better other places in town.....

Went to this store and bought (among other things) 2 pairs of pants. One I brought home and the other was supposed to be ordered. Over a week later I call the store and they can not help me. I have to call an 800 number that is not accepting calls at this time. So I go online to customer service chat. They call the store and then the store calls me and says they will do an "Even exchange". So my credit card gets charged AGAIN. For 60 bucks for a pair of pants I do not have. When I called the store they tell me that the refund can take up to 10 days. So now after their help I have now been charged twice for a pair of pants I do not have. How is that an "even exchange"? Very poor customer service at this store.

I really enjoy shopping at Talbots,when I require help,those ladies provide me with many options and solutions. The clothes I have purchased are durable and stylish. I am more of a relaxed style person and I love the T by Talbots selection because it fits my lifestyle.
