Thrift Stores
This & That Thrift Shoppe is a great little store located next to Baptist Hospital in Fort Smith. It is a super cute shop described as a treasure trove of hidden gems with plenty of good finds. The store, while small, has a thoughtfully curated collection of secondhand items including a good selection of clothes and hard goods in the back, with many nice things that are good quality. The environment is clean and inviting. The staff, who are always really friendly, sweet, welcoming, and helpful, contribute to a supportive atmosphere where shoppers never feel anxious or out of place. Many believe the staff are all volunteers. The shop offers affordable and reasonably priced items, particularly on clothes, though some note prices on hard goods can be a little steep. A minor drawback is limited parking. This & That Thrift Shoppe provides a good service to the community. It benefits the Baptist Health Auxiliary, supporting its charity work to meet the needs of employees, patients, and community initiatives, including helping those who cannot afford many needed items and healthcare. It is worth a stop and a visit for anyone in the area.
