“Discount Tobacco is one of my favorite tobacco shops in town. They have a huge selection of cigarettes, a walk-in humidor and smoking accessories. You can buy an ice cold soda for under a $1.00 and the owners are always helpful. It's a true mom and pop store with excellent prices and fine service. Their selection of smoking accoutrements isnt as large as some other places in town but their prices are still the lowest and the people the friendliest.”

“Just walked into King tobacco where a young lady greeted me with a great smile and awesome attitude. Unfortunately, she didn't have one I was wanting so I opted to go down the street. Before leaving. I figured I would save gas and call. They also didn't have what I wanted so instead of going to somewhere I wasn't familiar with and went right back into the door where the woman that was so nice greeted me. I opted for a different flavor of vape and my day was complete. There's nothing like being treated like a human being from the time the doorbell rings until the time you enjoy your product. “Yesterday I had the privilege of visiting Winston’s Pipe & Cigar Emporium in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and I can honestly say it was a standout experience. The staff was unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to take the time to help me find what best suited my tastes. In this day and age, that level of customer service feels increasingly rare and was truly appreciated.
Their prices are very reasonable, and the inventory is impressive—there’s an incredible selection on hand, so you’re almost guaranteed to leave with something you’ll enjoy.
I especially want to recognize Sam, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome and completely at ease. His professionalism and approachability made the visit even better and ensured I never felt out of place.
