“These people are super nice and can get you in pretty quickly. Had my truck for a week the first time, which was no big deal to me, because some of the other shops have your vehicle longer. My transmission was rebuilt the first time I took it in, and I had no problems for six months, until it started acting up again. Took it back to them because they have a year warranty and unlimited miles. They had my truck for a week and two days, and it was fixed again with nothing out of my pocket. I hope this time I don't have to take it back. Seems to drive way better. But that doesn't mean they didn't do a good job the first time. Transmissions have lots of parts and sometimes different things fail. I gave this place a five star rating due to the amount of time they had my truck and how respectful and nice these people are. “Had a new engine put in from a shop in Winslow. Had problems from day one but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to several other shops and they wanted to put a new transmission in. Took it to Robert's in Mountainburg. Young man listened to my jeep and told me what he thought it might be and referred me to Bill's Transmission. I am from Indiana visiting. I took it to Bill's and explained the problem. I left it with them. They kept me informed on progress. It took a while but these guys worked until they found the problem. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Very reasonable on price.
