“We happened upon Budget Transmission as we were driving down I-49 and began having car issues. It was 4:50 PM on a Friday, so I really thought we were up a creek. We needed to be in Conway at 8 AM on Saturday morning. I called to just ask their thoughts on what was going on with our vehicle. He asked a few questions and walked us through what to do to minimize the damage. We were able to secure a rental through enterprise and he sent a tow truck to Enterprise to get our vehicle for us. We were set back about an hour in our trip because he was so kind to help us on a Friday afternoon, 10 minutes before closing time.

In the midst of the chaos, I realized I hadn't asked all the questions I wanted to ask. So, I called back around 7 and just left a message to call me before they started on the vehicle on Monday morning. He called 30 minutes later, after hours, and answered all my questions about what was included in the prices they quoted us. It felt a little risky since we didn't get to go to the shop and talk face to face, but we didn't have another option.

On Monday morning, they called and told us they were going to get started and confirmed we still wanted the work done. I was expecting it to be 3-4 days, at least. They called Tuesday at noon, and I thought they were calling to talk about more issues they found. Instead, they were calling to let us know it was done and we could come get our vehicle. We appreciated the warranty that was offered as well. I can't speak to the price since we only had one quote, but it was less than I thought it would be.

It's only been a week, but our vehicle is shifting smoother and riding better. We're hopeful to drive it longer than we were thinking now that the transmission is rebuilt. I would recommend Budget Transmission for the price, efficiency, kindness, and responseive communication. Our car is performing much better. We're so thankful for their help in a very discouraging situation.”
