U-Haul Moving & Storage of Fort Smith offers truck, trailer, and storage rentals. Many customers report positive experiences with the helpful and kind personnel, describing the team as excellent. Several reviewers highlight specific employees for being very helpful and commend the management for quickly resolving issues, such as with Autopay. The outside storage units are noted as clean, lockable, and in a well-lit area, leading to high recommendations for renting equipment or storing items. Renters were also very happy with trailers, noting they pulled nicely. However, some customers experienced significant problems. One reviewer was not informed that a rented storage unit was on a top floor with no elevator, forcing a last-minute change to a more costly ground unit. Access card failures at the door went unassisted despite pushing help buttons. That storage building was described as smelling funny, in need of repair, and lacking a light inside the unit. Another reviewer noted the afternoon shift sometimes neglects returns, leaving trucks in the lane. A trailer return was also inconvenient due to conflicting instructions on the drop-off location.
I was surprised by the up dated U haul. Pretty expensive

Our experience wasn't a good one at first but then Rose and Jason stepped In and handled the situation like pros. They made my wife and I feel so much better and made this experience a good one. Hats off to Rose and Jason. Thank you both!
