Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Manager is standing behind the front counter gossiping with the employees- 3 of them and I stood there for a whole convo before anyone checked me out. Also not a sole in sight to help color match or ask for any help. I’ll never shop here again, rather do it myself online.

I had a stylist that works here do my color and it was not even close to what I want. Got black dye all over me and my neck, didn't say anything about it. I will never use bobbi again. She seemed kind of out of it as well.

I just left out of your Ulta store which I have never been in an Ulta store ever. I was greeted but was never asked if I needed help or re-approached after the fact. Another woman was in the store and she was asked if she was doing okay. I was again not approached or if I needed any assistance there where 2-3 employees in the store the cashier and another employee walking around. And there was only 3 people in the store. Not a good feeling.

MOLLY WAS INCREDIBLE!!! molly did my prom makeup and she was so patient and took her time to do quality work, she was so fun and a great part of my prom experience! she’s a true artist, i felt so beautiful! i’ve gotten prom makup from ulta two years now and they never disappoint

Beware fort smith!!!! I don’t know which is worse my color or my cut. The stylist are straight outta beauty school, no experience sweet gals just don’t know anything.good luck it’s a risk to go there.I will never go back for ANYTHING!!!!
I spent $250 for sloppy and garbage hair services. Would have been better off with a box dye and the kitchen scissors. Hair service costly disaster!!!!

First time being in there, friendly atmosphere yes but $40 for eyebrow wax is high. I'll go someplace else next time. The nice lady kept getting wax on my face and they lid. And couldn't get the strip off my facial hair. But she tried. Good place. I just think I'll go some where else next time. I wish this town did threading instead of waxing.

i would not send my worst enemy to get there hair cut at this place. i got a haircut yesterday and all i wanted was a trim and face frame and what i came out with is horrible. it’s so bad till the only thing i can do is cry.

Do you close at 8 or 9? Your store says 9 pm, your site says 9 pm, but I was denied access and employees left at 8. So what are your times then?

I had a great experience at Ulta today thanks to my cashier, Katlin. My daughter was screaming crying while I was in line to check out. Katlin stepped in to help the one cashier already there and move the line along. When I got to her, she was so kind and quick to help me. She could see I was stressed and that my daughter was ready to get out of there. I’m appreciative of her kindness and understanding, it made my day. Thanks Katlin ?

I had Rilley (Rue) do my hair and she did an amazing job!!! I came in with a green tint to my hair due to my last color and she got all the green out on the first try. She was very sweet and explained the whole process to me. Thank you for helping me love my hair!
