Keep getting notices saying packages have been delivered when they were not. Not much point in complaining as it won't do any good. Just be aware. This is the second time this has happened.

Late to open. Nobody ever answers the phone, and they can not follow simple instructions. Ship to another location if at all possible.

Had a package that sat at the post office and it never moved out of there for 3 weeks then when I made a claim then it started moving to its destination a month later the package got to its destination and wouldn't you know it it was damaged.

I live in an apartment complex in this area and the mailman never seems to get deliveries right. I get other residents' packages in my box and have to leave them at their front door with sticky notes. Now I have had 2 packages go missing after receiving notification that packages were "left in the mailbox". The mailboxes lock and I have the only key. I think our mailman just puts packages in any box and leaves. It's difficult to get refunded by Amazon when it shows delivered, and you have to explain that your mailman cannot read numbers and last names correctly.

Went in to buy a book of stamps, a book is 20 stamps, get home there's one missing...got ripped off again from usps in Fianna Hills.Didn't get the womans name who sold me the stamps but she's very dumpy looking and could use a shower, not very approachable at all.I usually get good service there but not today!!...If you buy a book of stamps better inspect it front and back...everyone is on the hustle...including clerk #2 at the post office. Maybe it's time to do an audit down there? See you on youtube.

Had a package that required a signature was home all day driver didn’t make an attempt to contact just left a note on the mailbox and left, we have a camera outside and no one ever came to the door good job USPS couldn’t be any lazier huh?

Associate at the desk was very rude to an older woman in front of me. The older woman did nothing to merit the hateful attitude from the staff. The old woman was hard of hearing and the associate was very impatient with a demeaning tone. If you don’t want your day ruined do not go here.

This is the location where all mail/packages arrive and then are distributed on local Ft. Smith routes. Not the downtown post office. Call this location if you need information about picking up a package.

I bought stamps that seemed to be a fine transaction. I thought my letter may need a little more postage & I asked de snooty blonde to weigh it & she said I needed an extra stamp. I just slapped a whole entire extra stamp but really never before have they not offered de penny stamps or .05 or .10 cents stamps. Rotten, spoiled, over paid brat. Why do you think I asked to have it weighed?
