Had a miss delivery, went to this post office for assistance, told me they were sending someone to retrieve my package asap then I started my way back home. As soon as I pulled into my driveway the mailman was already returning my package back to me. All of this took less than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff by the way.

Shout out to Phillip!!! I have had so much trouble locating some packages that I entered the address incorrectly for on Temu. He has been so patient and kind and walked me though all the steps to see where they are. I personally went into the PO on 74th where the lady was rude and acted like she had to time or care in the world to help me out. Thank you Phillip, I appercaite you.

A very coordinated group of postal office workers, and they are "not rude," like some entitled customers in their reviews have stated, but helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. I've been using this service, at this location, for years, and never had a problem with any employee of the post office there.

We don't always get our mail, and often we get other peoples' mail. I have to go behind the mail truck on my runs and pick up mail they drop onto the ground because they don't care, and place it in mailboxes myself. I'm still expecting my first paycheck from the USPS since I'm doing their work for them!!! The laziness & lack of care is astounding with some of these carriers. The USPS app tattles on them, too. It will show we are getting a personal card or something else that never shows up. I have called to discuss this, but I was told I was wrong somehow (even though the app sends you an actual PHOTO of your mail...that may never get to you).

I am not sure what the problem has been here lately, but I am signed up with the USPS informed delivery. Today is April 26, Monday, I have not received any mail since Friday. According to the informed delivery, I'm missing over 7 articles of mail that has yet been delivered. Its getting pretty aggravating.

Marked my house as vacant only deliver mail from people who dont live here I got my electric shut off because I'm not receiving ANY OF MY BILLS you never answer your phones and the mailmen are horrid to all their customers this place needs shut down and put under new managment

Ongoing issue with this office. The people are nice but that’s not enough. They cannot delivery mail to the right house. We neighbors constantly have to take mail that was delivered to the wrong house to the correct address. Today I’m expecting a package. It says delivered in mailbox. It’s not there and the neighbor doesn’t have it so where’s my package? Like I said, this is ongoing. Geez
