After driving 2 hours — burning my time, fuel, and money — I arrived at this post office two minutes before closing with my postage already paid. All I needed was a quick firm book stamp, a task that would’ve taken less than 10 seconds. Instead, the clerk shut the door in my face without explanation. This isn’t just rude — it’s a waste of the public’s time and tax dollars. Closing early and refusing simple service is unprofessional and unacceptable. Public service means serving the public until closing time, not hiding behind a locked door before the clock runs out.

My package tracking says my package was delivered to Ozark on Friday i go to post office to find they say it didn't come in so now they say it went back to Ft Smith and so far no package received and its ben in Ft Smith for 3 days still not received i could have hitch hiked from Ozark to Ft Smith by now. When TRUMP placed Louis DeJoy in postal service it has Ruined the US POSTAL SERVICE. HE Screwed up Everything just like TRUMP

I moved here to Fort Smith, Arkansas November 2024. I never had an issue with my mail being delivered until about 4weeks ago when I stopped receiving mail. I’ve had to reorder my credits twice and still haven’t received them or any piece of mail for 4weeks now. I went to talk to the postal office workers yesterday and “they couldn’t tell me why this was happening”. The woman was being very rude. She wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the situation( mind you they had no customers , there was no line for them to be rushing me to get out of there). Then proceeded to give me a green card to put in the mailbox to show who all needs to receive mail at the residence and put it in the mailbox for the mailman/woman to pick up. Today again my mail wasn’t delivered even though it was supposed to arrive today , and the mailman/woman never picked up the green card.

The worst post office in America. They never answer the phone. They have no concern or care for your issue. Multiple times a month my tacking( when it's updated) will show its arrived in fort smith just for them to ship it back to Fayetteville. If it happened once okay whatever but we're talking Multiple times a month so what's the issue? Because I can come teach the workers english if I need to

I’m not even worried about posting anonymously because I hope you see this. To the “Karen” working at the local post office located at 3318 S 74th Street, I’m curious if it brings you joy to be rude?
Me and my husband have been living at our apartment for over 6 months now and not once have had any issues with receiving mail. All of the sudden within the past 2 weeks we haven’t received anything and some really important mail has been sent back due to an address issue? One that just popped up? When my husband went in to try to find a solution to the issue, you decided that you needed to interrupt him and form numbers in the air for the apartment number like he was stupid. Would you appreciate that if the roles were reversed and he was the one serving you?

The lady working picked me out of the entire group of people in line to tell me to back up and stand to the side “because I had my phone out” behind the person in front of me. I assure you that I wasn’t trying to film anyone’s credit card info. Just waiting with a qr code wanting to ship something out like everybody else in line.

I have an online business, my reputation for my business is very important to me, customer complained they never received a package. I checked tracking information and it never left the post office for close to 3 weeks. When I called to make a claim 3 weeks later and I also insisted for them to give me a call back to let me know as to why the box never moved from the post office, miraculously, the very next day the box started running through the system. Then when they called pretty much they said asked what was the problem? its moving on now. When I asked why it sat there with them for so long, the excuse what because it was ground which is the cheapest then it was a priority and the lady I was talking to was so rude raising her voice and talking over me, then when I asked to speak to the supervisor he gave me the run around I told them to give me this interaction in writing and email it to me, well wouldn't you know they never did. THEN on top of all this the package gets to customer a month later and its broken in two. Extremely poor customer service.
