i started my own plan here in may of 2024. i have had nothing but problems since. at this point i cannot trust anything anyone in this specific store says. i don’t know if they intentionally leave out important information or if they just don’t care about customers. The process of starting an entire new plan took three hours. i did a trade in promotion that took 9 months to apply and i had to call monthly because it was not being applied to which they tell me to wait until next month. well my promotion was applied and now i have a 90 dollar charge i don’t understand where it came from. If you have to use verizon i would strongly suggest using a different store.

There are two people at this specific store that are just extremely rude with how they conduct themselves, arguing with me over semantics.
Today I called in advance to see if they would have the color I was looking for to start an exchange process for me. I must be color blind or something but the new sand color looks like very light pink to me and rosegold around the edges. Because of me being dumb and not knowing the name of the color I said the new 16pro max pink one. They guy said they didn’t have any in stalk. I called a different store. Where the guy who helped previously was working at and carried that this location did indeed have the color I wanted. So we pull up and the who answered the call just so happens to be the one to see me in person. I told him what I was looking for and asked him to show me the new sand color. I said oh wow that looks pink to me I guess I’m sorry I confused you over the phone. He counties to say it’s brown. It’s a light brown color, not pink. Which to me is pretty rude. Anyways I ask if I can exchange my phone and this guy find a “scratch” that I can’t even see like. It looks like something that could have happened from the guy who pulled out of the box. Then he starts arguing with me again about how he has to charge me $50 to get it resurfaced…. The contract says in like new condition.
They do not follow their own contract rules. My contract states that I can exchange my new phone for up to 30 days that is in like new condition with the box and attachments. When I went to exchange and get the rosegold/light pink/sand color… and they told me that because there was a scratch not even noticeable to the eye unless using a flash and basically a microscope to see that they would have to charge me to exchange it. I feel like it’s such a huge rip off after just spending 760$ there just 5 days before. Plus they never said anything about normal wear and tear. They just state in the contract like new with box and attachments.
I understand going here isn’t always because you want to…. But this will be the second time this place has screwed me and my bf over. I’m gonna start doing my business with apple to buy my products from here on out.

Yall need some kind of check-in system for when customers walk in. The employee asked who was next and I immediately hopped up and said I was and I said why I was there. Your employee continued to ask me "OK I who was here first..I got a lady here saying she was". I'm not about to debate who was here first like little children. That lady came in after me. I looked around. I plan on switching to att soon if that kind of sorry service continues

Employee told me to make an account to make a purchase. I'm not a Verizon customer, they're not even official Verizon (authorized seller), and I don't even live near this store. I just wanted to buy a phone case. He told me I HAD to make an account to make a purchase. I slid the phone case back to him, told him, "No thank you, I'm not interested", and left. Useless store.
