“Labahn offers walk in services, which I find to be so convenient. Their vaccines are affordable and they even offer an online pharmacy. It would be nice if they offered mobile services for vaccines, but that is typically a service most vets don't offer.
I like their exam room set up, it has a very open concept and allows the pet parent to see and hear what is going on. Our dogs say thank you for caring for us.”

“I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Melanie Prewett and her wonderful staff enough! They have provided wonderful care for both of my boys. Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation. The patience and gentle care they displayed impressed my husband and I greatly and we cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend them.”

“Our Great Pyrenees mix had an unknown accident yesterday. She couldn't walk, had minor abrasions on the right rear leg and was lethargic. We live half way between emergency clinics in Fort Smith and Shreveport. I called the Shreveport clinic and the person answering the phone would not give me any guidance so I called the First Smith clinic. He woman asvised me not to give Gretel Ibuprophin or Tylenol, and to keep her immobilized. So we drove to Fort Smith today. These ladies were so helpful. Vet was very professional and explained all our options.”
