“When taking my pet to a clinic I usually have a bad time. Because of the rare condition caused by spaying my dog she has a deformity in her paw and workers in the vet clinics usually think there is trauma involved by owner and give me passive aggressive treatment or are just rude.
BF Pet Clinic did a GREAT job with DOG and kept their cool for the most part but what I appreciated most was my vet tech and DR Preston. They texted me during the procedure to give me updates, gave me time to collect vac records, and even followed up the next day to check on DOG bc she usually has a rough time with sedation (deformity and almost died during spaying)!
Thank you for your help w DOG, we appreciate it so much, smile so big every morning we get to see her happy and enjoying her “pretty paw”.
I can’t say thank you enough, we will always come back to BF Pet Clinic and you should too.”

“I took my chocolate lab in that had a large puncture and tear from a hay spike. She doesn't like new people, but they were very considerate, and she was very comfortable with them. they were able to stitch her up and put a drain in her wound. they were very considerate and professional, as well as answering all my questions. I highly recommend them! They were very well priced for such a serious injury and offering 24-hour service with anesthesia. Even gave me a refund for some materials they didn't have to use.”
