  I had such a fun and nice experience with Raven! I came in and got a blowout and she was very careful with my curly hair! Used heat protection and leave in products, including oil to keep the frizz away! My hair was so shiny, full and pretty! 😍 Normally my hair isn’t very full body, it’s pretty thin? But it was very nice when she was done! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more “spa days”!

  I have been using Cheryl for over 20 years. She is a professional hairstylist. I found a picture of exactly the style of hair I wanted, and Cheryl was able to replicate it, and has continued to replicate the same style. I know every time I go for a haircut that Cheryl will give me a great haircut. She layers it, she keeps it even, and it remains equal length. I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl, and her haircuts.
  
  I’ve never had her wash my hair. I just go in ready to go for the haircut. Cheryl has styled my hair a few times after the haircut, and she does an excellent job. I would recommend Cheryl for any haircut! I’ll try to remember to take some selfies, and post what my hair looks like after being styled following Cheryl’s haircut.
  
  Years past I would have Cheryl highlight my hair. She was the only one who figured out how to get it to work right. My ancestry is a LOT Native American Indian, and when I told Cheryl this she immediately knew what was going wrong with the previous attempts to lift the color. Instead of “lifting the color,,” she had to bleach my hair in a different manner because the tint of my hair is BLACK, not brown, or dark brown. It’s so black Cheryl had to go about bleaching my hair a different method. When she did this it came out perfect.

  I have been using Vice Salon for years (Mel) I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would never recommend anyone else. Mel has always taken really good care of me and has become one of my good friends. So yes I’m a little biased. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Love you girls. Lisa 💕💕💕

  I absolutely LOVE the way my hair looks now!! Raven did such a great job covering up my coloring mistakes😅 I have had so many different colors within the last year, but she did absolutely amazing work with making it look so much better. 100/10 recommendation, definitely will be coming back for future appointments 🥰
  
  Also keep in mind- when coming to your hair stylist, it helps a lot more than you realize to let them know what brand of hair dye you have used in the past to the best of your knowledge. They can work around what you want better if they know what they are dealing with.

  Loved these girlies today! Raven did an outstanding job with my hair, as we were trying to hide the 20 different colors I had put in myself. Did absolutely amazing and I am in LOVE with my hair!!!! Thank you for the fantastic coloring🥰

  DO NOT GO TO VICE SALON! MY APPOINTMENT WASN’T Until JULY 31! Explaining the date for more context.
  I am first going to start off this posts explaining some of my faults I guess according to the business owner. There was some times that I had TEXTED after business hours, I NEVER CALLED ALWAYS TEXTED.I was fine that they didn’t answer at night or on days off, always expected a response during business hours. I never spammed them to get an answer or anything quick. I had an original hair color and hair cut idea. But I changed up on the color I wanted twice and once on the hair cut. AND I ASKED IF THE OWNER COULD DO MY UNDERCUT BECAUSE OF HOW BAD RAVEN DID ON MY HUSBANDS HAIR. IF SHE COULDNT THAT DAY AND TIME I HAD SET THATS FINE UNDERSTANDABLE IF SHE HAS OTHER CLIENTS. Mind you NO HAIR DYE HAD BEEN PURCHASED YET SO NO ONES MONEY WAS WASTED. I get a call from the business owner today saying THEY’RE GOING TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ENTIRELY BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT, MY HAIR and because of the few texts I had sent at night after business hours. First appointment I had with Raven my hair was fine until I shampooed my hair once and all of the purple faded tremendously so I asked for a touch up, which she did, ok problem fixed. RAVEN THEN GIVES MY HUSBAND A HAIRCUT THAT TURNED OUT LIKE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES BELOW. I HAD TO CALL THE SALON OWNER AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OR FOR SOMEONE TO FIX IT BECAUSE OF HOW HORRIBLE HIS HAIRCUT CAME OUT. The owner fixed it a few days after came out good. ON TODAYS PHONE CALL THE OWNER SAID THEY HAVBEEN MORE THAN ACCOMADATING BECAUSE THE OWNER FIXED A HORRIBLE HAIRCUT. THE WHOLE REASON FOR THIS POST THOUGH IS BECAUSE THEY VIILIANIZED ME BECAUSE I HAD RETHOUGHT MY COLOR A COUPLE OF TIMES. LIKE I SAID NO HAIR DYE HAD BEEN PURCHASED OR ANYTHING BEFORE I GOT THIS CALL. MY HUSBAND WORKS HARD FOR THE MONEY HE HAS TO PAY FOR MY HAIR SO IM ALLOWED TO MAKE SURE IM ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE ON WHAT I WANT. BEST OF LUCK TO YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY CLIENTS WHO CHANGE THEIR MIND ON THEIR HAIR AND SENT SOME TEXTS AFTERHOURS. I HOPE THEY SEE THIS POST AND APOLOGIZE FOR HOW THEY TREATED ME.
