Literally the rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. The girl up front had zero personality and acted like I was an inconvenience for needing a prescription filled.

Worst service ever Walgreens use to be the best years ago they have not been able to recover since Covid hit called at 9:06 on a Thursday two callers before me for 35 mins one caller ahead of me for 15 mins more who knows if those people ever got helped or just had to hang up and this is not a one time incident I just never post reviews but today was the day WALGREENS figure out what’s going on.

This pharmacy is a JOKE. We have made 2 separate appointments for my son to receive his meningitis vaccine here. BOTH TIMES they were out of the vaccine. We also called an entire HOUR before the appointment to make sure they had it and were on hold FOR THE ENTORE HOUR! We showed up to the pharmacy still on hold and they turned us away again. I will never return. Horrible horrible customer service and service in general. What a lack of respect for customers time. This place will go out of business soon.

The highest level of incompetency I've ever seen in a pharmacy. This location on Zero St. specifically. Their inability to keep track of their own records has resulted in my disabled mother being sick for 3 weeks now. At this point we'll be willing to use literally any other pharmacy in town.

So I see Walgreens took down my last bad post about the rude, childish and very anti- customer service group in the pharmacy department. So round 2... I reported the staff at the zero location for \"Very inappropriate behavior and down right unacceptable customer service about 1 month ago, so now I had medicine on hold...\" Don't you know these workers in the pharmacy who I complained about sent back my life saving medications and lied on me to my doctor all because I called corporate on them \"Good Lord, I had to call my doctor and explain the situation too her , so she could resend my life saving medications. These people are really trying to get sued and I'm also calling Walgreens Corporate office again Monday morning, too discuss a civil suit against these workers.. stay aways from Walgreens at the Zero location, you will have problems and regret going there wasting your valuable time.

The pharmacy hours are really inconvenient. I’ve had problems every time I go there - huge wait times inside and in the drive thru, computers down, problems with my prescriptions that they don’t even tell me about, rude employees when you try to call about said problems, takes 15 minutes to even get them on the phone.

Literally the most incompetent staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They gossip and talk shit about each other while checking you out and good luck getting any help with photos or prescriptions bc it seems like those two areas are either always closed or they have lost your information. I have never waited so long to get a script filled and no one seems to know what's going on in that pharmacy. Will never go back, would rather buy street drugs or drive to another towns pharmacy than deal with this Walgreens pharmacy!

Business hours need a clear format for customer priorityJust like many other people on Google are saying, imperfect pharmacy. It is very difficult to get a singular, clear picture of their hours. If they need a time changed, they write it in pen. They can't even figure out how to put up a new schedule for their store, it looks pretty unprofessional. This is mostly a reflection of their priorities, their break times are the largest thing displayed and it's on the window twice.

9/8/2021 The store appeared clean & had nice selection, however , I was very disappointed in the customer service...or lack of customer service. I was looking for coffee that was on sale & am not in the store often enough to know the layout. I looked in on the grocery section & didn't see it so asked one of the employees nearby. I quickly realized he was not the type of Walgreens employee I was accustomed to interacting with. With an irritated expression, he motioned towards the grocery section & said if it wasn't "over there" he would have to go to the back & look for more. With that, he walked away. Luckily , I did find the coffee & didn't have to ask for further assistance. None of the employees I encountered had the Walgreens attitude I have encountered in other stores. Very sad because Walgreens has always been a store I felt comfortable going to. I will go back when I need something but not with any expectations of getting good service.
