  I was inspired today by their attitude and unpleasant experience. Out of shape? Unhealthy? Low income? Unpleasant even on the most shallow level. These are the qualities that comes to mind when I think of the cashier lady today lol the clerk 😊

  It’s been two times now that I checked to make sure the pharmacy would be open on Saturday to pick up prescriptions and they were closed when I got there.☹️

  Absolutely horrible customer service. It takes an act of God just to get them to answer the phone. --------Follow up one year later--------Hard to believe the place has gotten even worse. The doctor, pardon me, the pharmacist acts like an entitled want to be tough guy to the customers. All because they were complaining about his staff, who collectively have the IQ level of a single chimpanzee, for being rude to them and not having any of the medicine ready. One guy working the register even told an elderly man "Sir, we haven't answered or used the phone all day" when the elderly man had told him that he'd received a phone call that his medicine was ready. Apparently the employees don't even know they have an automated system that calls and or texts customers when their medicine is ready. And on the same day a couple weeks back when the doc---pharmacist, pardon me again, decided to have a little meltdown, afterwards he went and hid in some separate office and while he was back there all of the girls he has working for him were talking about how "he's so hot when he gets angry" ? keep in mind during all of this there's a line of about 10 elderly customers trying to get their medicine and yet they have to sit there and listen to a 5 ft 100 lb boy throw a little hissy fit and then get refused their medicine. Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

  I am on the phone with Walgreens and for the last 30 minutes. They have a recording saying there are 3 callers ahead of me. Bad business practices.

  This pharmacy is a JOKE. We have made 2 separate appointments for my son to receive his meningitis vaccine here. BOTH TIMES they were out of the vaccine. We also called an entire HOUR before the appointment to make sure they had it and were on hold FOR THE ENTORE HOUR! We showed up to the pharmacy still on hold and they turned us away again. I will never return. Horrible horrible customer service and service in general. What a lack of respect for customers time. This place will go out of business soon.

  The highest level of incompetency I've ever seen in a pharmacy. This location on Zero St. specifically. Their inability to keep track of their own records has resulted in my disabled mother being sick for 3 weeks now. At this point we'll be willing to use literally any other pharmacy in town.

  I frequent the Walgreens on Zero for many items—from makeup, snacks, photo prints, and many other things.I have never encountered a rude employee!I have had to find an employee but that is a lot of places since COVID.Just because someone is rude never means we have to respond rudely. Some people just need kindness poured into them.

  Good evening family,Oh Lord I had the worst experience today at the pharmacy in Walgreens,I was waiting for my life saving medications and after waiting intinally 8 minutes,I was talked about, pointed at and made fun of by the pharmacy staff at this particular location.I have never in my life been treated like this in any professional setting and I pray my reaching out to Walgreens corporate office gets "Thugs" like these particular people away from hardworking customer's and put back into job training classes where they can actually help and learn to care about people.

  I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years, and today is the day I move my business to another pharmacy. The pharmacy is closed on a Tuesday, which is my only day off besides Sunday, which this pharmacy is now closed on as well. I get it, there's a global pandemic going on, but I've been out of my medication for four days. I work 40 miles away, and I am not off by the time this pharmacy closes, which is 6 pm. I cannot recommend this pharmacy any longer, unless of course you can accept inconsistency and random closings with no notification, then this pharmacy is for you.

  I’d like to put another review. While waiting on my medicine I hear the pharmacist and employees talking about a customer in the drive through who they think is addicted to his medication, just got out of the hospital. Is taking it too fast ect….so unprofessional. I get they all seem to hate their job. Their attitudes definitely show that every time I’m there just about, but talking about people’s health and personal business where customers can here is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  They have very nice people there working in the pharmacy area. Been very helpful and generous to me. I highly recommend visiting them.
