Went to get a copy of my apartment key made and the kiosk wasn't working they weren't helpful at all amd neither was the lady in the jewelery section when I was looking for a Keychain. Terrible customer service 😑 😒. I don't recommend this Walmart on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith unless you have no other choice. Very disappointed in the service.

From the nice greeter, to Customer Service (I had a return), to the people that stock the shelves (they literally know where EVERYTHING is, and the cashier at check out, they did not disappoint. I enjoy the clean aisles, too.
