Buying our motorcycle from Dawsyn was a great experience from start to finish. he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, answered every question with patience, and truly put in his best effort to make the deal happen. You could tell he genuinely cared about finding the right fit for us, not just making a sale.

I asked for a purchase order on a motorcycle. The sales person Aaron added a $300 fee to the po for “other extras and fees” when pressed on it it was actually an engine warranty.

“1 star” for your parts dept.
I ordered a tail light thru your parts dept only to find out 2 weeks later that you never placed the order. Then after ordering the tail lights a SECOND time for $116 I found out I could get the SAME tail lights from Amazon for $29 new. I’m still giving you 3 stars because you’re one of only 3 showrooms in the area, and I’d hate for the internet companies to replace brick and mortar businesses entirely. But please do better.
Also you’ve told me both times I ordered, that it would take at least a week. Amazon can get it here Monday for free.

Bought my 2008 Boulevard C90 there last year with only 2150 miles on the clock. Rode it home to Louisiana and fell in love with the bike along the way! It's got 10k on the clock now and I'm looking forward to many more happy fun-filled miles to come! I've got a couple friends who own these machines and they both have 200k on their bikes! Kudos to my salesman (Simon) for working with me. He was kind enough to take a small down payment via Paypal to hold the bike for me a couple weeks until I could get up there to buy it. I stop by Wheeler Powersports every time I'm passing through Fort Smith now...

They were friendly, but don't go in there with no knowledge at all or it will be a rough experience. It's what I did so the process was difficult and there were some suprise finances. Know what you want and what you deserve. I got the bike I wanted regardless and the service team was great so I definitely feel comfortable with them working on my bike.

We were visiting from out of town and needed a rear tire replaced that's usually hard to find. The team at Wheeler Powersports replaced the tire despite it being close to closing time on a Saturday. Saved our rears! Great parts and bike inventory too!

Had a really good sales experience everything from buying the bike Aaron did an excellent job helping me pick the right bike. Then Ethan helped me pick the right gear. Cannot give enough credit to both gentlemen anytime I need another bike or gear. I will be going back to both these Gentlemen.
