Tim Wilson is a great person. Upfront and honest. The ladies that work for him in his Fort Smith office are wonderful. Great customer service. I love my 88' Ford truck I bought from them.

If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went to get my son his first car. Wasn't expecting much just drivable. When I drove it home it started smoking. Got it to a body shop they fixed the 1st of many issues. Bought the car in June still have yet to get the title.. would not waste time nor money with this.

A year later and NO TITLE. I was sold a clean title truck for $3800 and after 7-8 phone calls, going in person 4 times, i still have no title!

My husband and I went to Wilsons and bought a cheap car. We didn't expect much. We expected a cheap car lol. We expected it to need some work and we were prepared to get it home and work on it. But we drove 3 1/2 hours to get there. About 20-30 minutes into our drive home with it, it would not accelerate at all and then eventually died and wouldn't start back up. Tim Wilson towed the car back to his shop (he was not really obligated to do so because I bought it as is) and fixed it. He went out of his way to make sure I had a car that would get me home safely as I have 2 little girls. It took a little time for it to get fixed (i didn't have the car for 15 days after I bought it) and like anyone else, I was extremely nervous that I either wasted my money or that the car just wouldn't be very good when he was done with it. But he trusted his mechanic to get it done and I'm glad he did. He must have a great mechanic! He made sure that car was running good and that it would not break down on me. I drove that car 3 1/2 hours home with absolutely ZERO issues! My girls rode with me and both fell in love with it lol. I was skeptical at first but I'm so thankful for all that Tim Wilson did for me and my family! He's a really good guy! I'd definitely buy from them again!

I can't say enough about how great Tim Wilson is, he went above and beyond to help me!! I was broke down and in desperate need to have my vehicle! He picked it up and fixed in a day and had me back on the road!! He's honest and one of the best people I have ever met! Highly recommend him for towing and repairs!!

My best friend just bought a car at Wilson's the first of April. She repeatedly told them the car is knocking. They kept telling her it needed oil. We put oil in. The car blew up within 25 days and they won't replace or repair the car. Don't buy from these people. Dishonest

I bought a cash car from them in February for my teenage son, there was a couple hiccups with getting the title, but I did have title in hand within 60 days as they promised and reassured me multiple times when I called stressed out about it. Janie who works in the office was very pleasant to work with and kept me informed constantly. I will 100% do business with them again in the future. The car did need a little bit of work, but when buying a used car it is always a gamble. They understood I needed something safe for my child and reliable and they came thru on their end.

The place seems high priced and like they just mainly want to tow and sell cars as is. They don't do anything to clean them up really from what I have seen and don't keep their word. Not a recommendation from my retrospect

This is a terrible place! The owner is a crook and takes advantage of young girls in a bad situation. The cars are junk and the owner is a liar. She traded in the a car and then he didn’t pay the car off and now her credit is shot! Another thing he wants a cash down payment but doesn’t put it towards the car he just puts in in his pocket! Buyers be very aware of this man named Tim! I am thinking very hard about getting an attorney and having his business investigated.

I wouldnt even give the 1 star but I need people to know how shady and what a con and rip off Tim Wilson is. I bought 2 vehicles the same day. 1 didnt make it out of his parking lot, the other made it 2.5 miles down the road before leaving me stranded. I went straight back and asked him to put me in another car. He told me its my problem now, and to take him to court if I want the money back. This is the worst experience Ive had buying a car. DO NOT waste your time or money. I
