When the internet service is working there are no issues. The problem is that every fee months it stops working the way it is supposed to. I.e., when streaming a movie it will work for 10 or 15 minutes and the loses connection. Normally after a couple of minutes it will reconnect and the work for another 10 or 15 minutes. Periodically when it loses connection it will be hours before it reconnects. I will definately be looking for another provider that provides more stable service.

Jason and Brian provide excellent customer service! We were having an issue with tree growth blocking the tower we used. Once they identified the issue they made it a priority to fix ASAP. Now our connection is better than ever! I work remotely and they understood the importance of getting my connection issue fixed. I also learned they are a locally owned and operated company, so I love being able to support this business, and I appreciate their personal commitment to servicing this areas internet needs.

I called WOW set up an appointment to have there internet installed my next door neighbor has it they say it's great! I call my appointment is for 11am so I call at 1030 to check if they are coming he says yes tech is running a little behind okay that's fine I totally understand probably overbooked I thought. So 1 pm rolls around no tech so I call then the guy tells me the tech came by but couldn't provide me service funny how I took the day off work sat at home and no one shows up then I have to call them to find out they can't provide me service. They may work for some people but the tech no showing or calling is not professional best of luck to anyone wanting service through this company and I could only imagine if you have trouble out of their system bet it would be a 100 phones calls and a dozen no shows

This is the worst internet service we have ever experienced. We lose service constantly..by that I mean anywhere from every 2 minute to 30 minutes between signal loss. The light on the receiver box turns redish orange instead of blue. All you can do is wait..and wait...aaannnddd WAIT! We pay for the high-speed service and get garbage. We ha e had service techs come out n check our system, they are very nice and of course their readings are fantastic for the few minutes they're here. If we weren't about to move, I wouldn't tolerate this service. GO WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IMOP!

Hulu, Disney+, and Funimation rarely work with this provider. Only Netflix seems to work.

We have had WOW for about 2 years. Compared to HUGHES NET, WOW is 100% better. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you WOW for great customer service and great internet

WOW should stand for "WOW my internet is down again". I work from home and once again the net is down, costing me a DAY AND A HALF so far in pay. This is beyond crappy. in total I've missed 8 days of work due to this Shi##y internet. Iam elated that on 12-9-20 we will be getting reliable internet service from another company,Wave. I want to be compensated for my 5 days of missed pay due to having no internet. WOW IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

I paid $250 for a router in March and $100 a month for internet every month since. Currently I haven’t had service for about a month now. Called today and they told me that my internet wouldn’t be working again and they also wouldn’t not refund me any money for the router and that in order to stop being charged I needed to just call my bank and cancel my card. Biggest rip off of my life. If you’re going to sell something, stand behind it or make it right!

As of now I’m not pleased with this service. Had it installed on 11/12/2020 and today on 11/13/2020 it is not working. Tried calling and call went directly to a voicemail that has “not been set up”...
