I purchased a pendant didn't like the way it looked on chain.I had payed cash tried to return they had no cash to give me took my name and number to call when they got cash.I asked if they could put it on my debit no they said it had to be cash.They offered to give me gift card which I didn't want.Called them today still no money they take money in every night I'll have to wait till they have enough.At the rate they are going I M stuck with piece I don't want.This sounds to me like they are in financial trouble will not buy from them again.

Grace was very helpful and worked with us really well at choosing the wedding band. Absolutely gorgeous once everything was picked out together and she showed so much care as if it was her own ring. Very supportive and really cares about how we are progressing and can’t wait to do future business with her. She makes Zales an amazing experience every time.

If it was possible, I'd give Zales 10 stars! I cannot recommend this location more highly. The new location is beautiful and conveniently located, and the entire team is absolutely wonderful. However, there is one standout salesperson in particular, Grace, that is the epitome of professionalism. She has an amazing personality, a winning and easy smile, and is always there to make your job easier when searching for something special. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

So I received my Valentine gifts earlier my husband went in the store a few days ago there where no other shoppers in the store and while the lady that was helping him with terrible breath the other 2 work standing over there laughing so very loud and talking to each other like he wasn't even shopping in the store and he paid with cash and they didn't even have change in the cash register he said he waited awhile for them to get his change from the back and then they gave him $30 one dollar bills and a hand full of chage for the amount of cash back owed he said it was quite ridiculous it was far from a professional atmosphere ?it just sucks when he does this for me out of the kindness of his heart but to hear about his experience in Zales was far from professional from all those ladies on the floor that day! Zales has me very upset. I bought my fiance a wedding set and it only came with the engagement ring not the band. I have contacted them and been promised a call back within 3 business days, wel that 3 business days was almost 2 weeks ago.. I should have never got the ring from zales, I should have looked at Kay's or Jarrods. This is freaking ridiculous

Zales has moved to a new bldg which is much more convenient because it is closer for us. It was the week before Christmas so you can imagine the traffic coming in and out of the store but the management had adequately staffed the store to meet everyones needs, no one was standing and waiting for assistance. The staff was so nice and the store looked fantastic. The cases were clean and everything on display was displayed beautifully. What I thought was a breath of fresh air was how the customers were treated, whether you were a welder that just got off work and didn't have time to change before the store closed to the office manager still in his suit everyone was greeted with a smile and each attendant went above and beyond to see that you were waited on, now that was customer service in my books. Keep up the good work Zales and Happy New Year!!!

We just had the most incredible experience ever at Zale’s in Fort Smith with Grace Robken. My husband explained what he wanted, and Grace worked tirelessly for days to research and select the most beautiful, dazzling earrings we could imagine. She spent so much time and effort ensuring they matched perfectly and were of the highest quality. She thought of every detail. The results took our breath away! I can’t recommend Grace’s expertise enough!

Connor was great! I came in last minute shopping for Christmas. All I had to do was tell him a little about my mother’s tastes and a price range. He immediately picked out a gorgeous pearl set that was better than anything I would have chosen. And within my budget! This is a great location close to target. So I was able to park at this store and then hit up two others. Thanks, Connor, for all your help!
