Four of us had a great time renting the Lost Bridge Marina's HP pontoon boat for an afternoon. I really appreciated the friendliness/helpfulness of Annette and Belinda in the office! The boat worked great - plenty of power and room to move around. I wish I had made reservations earlier to be able to rent their less expensive pontoon boat ($200 instead of $400, plus tax), as we didn't really need the extra power. Also, the anchor was so lightweight it was essentially useless; we drifted even when it was down. Last thing: the teenage guys working on the dock didn't seem to want to be there - the guy who went over the boat checkout list went over it way too quickly.

We rented a “HP” and it was a pig. The “craft” was 12-15 years old and beat up. The interior was faded and moldy. The carpet appeared to have never been swept, vacuumed or spayed down. The tube we rented had to be 5 years old, it was tattered and the rope had several knots tied in it. The dock boys agreed with my assessment.I immediately shared my concerns to the woman in the marina office and she seemed surprised about my assessment. She found another boat for us to use, it was 25% better. In contrast we rented a Tri-toon from Prairie Creek Marina earlier in the week. The boat was brand new and i saw them clean it between rentals. The rope and tube we use was without issue and it was a great experience! I would have avoided the rental at lost bridges, but Prairie Creek didn’t have any boat’s available today. If you are interested in renting a boat, I would highly recommend you not rent from Lost Bridges Marina.Renter Beware!!!

Rented a pontoon party barge from Lost Bridge. Arrived on Sunday to find no public restrooms at the marina so had to go across the street and up the stairs, which was annoying. Next, the older (smoker) lady who helped us was totally RUDE. I ask her for a paper map of the lake and she says look it up on google. Then hands me a yellow sheet of paper and says hand this to the boys. Handed the yellow paper to the boys at the dock to be told they need the white paper. Lady couldn’t even give us the correct paper work. Then the dock hand walks toward the boat and offers zero assistance to help in anyway. Like hi ma’am I see your by yourself can I help carry a bag or a cooler for you. Nothing!! Then tells me once the rest of my party arrives I’ll push you off and untie. Basically that doesn’t happen the dock hands just sit around on their phones. The pontoon was disgusting. Algae all over the stairs which makes it unsafe for use. Also fuel gauge was on full the entire time so we were a little worried how much fuel we actually had.We stopped at Starkeys marina for food/drinks and was greeted by the nicest young dock hands, who were very helpful.Based on my experience at Lost Bridge, I will not be back. I also completely understand why other people have made comments about the rudeness.

This was a lot of fun! The boat was quick and nimble, and the life jackets were up to par. The guys at the docks are full of knowledge of the area, too! The entire staff was friendly!

Extremely kind and helpful staff...clean premises, secure, and convenient. This place has a launch for your boat, cleaning area for fisherman, gas ($5.75/gal for 2023), oil, drinks, snacks, bait, boat rentals and more. A clean bathroom is just up the hill at the campground. Plenty of parking for paying club members and their guests. The maintenance team always goes over and above to leave my boat starting on the 1st try. They keep my old '98 Bayliner running tip/top. A+ folks

The owner Jim cussed my son and humiliated him in front of others. His behavior to a teenager was completely unacceptable. My son forgot to put the plug in our jet ski and it began to take on water at the gas pump. This infuriated Jim. I had done business here for 15 years so I called Jim. He defended himself and was shocked a parent had an issue with the way he spoke to their child. He felt he had the right to act on his emotions and take it out on a teenager. The dock crew was helpful however and saved the ski from sinking. I am grateful for them. Jim however couldn’t control himself and was the only one there acting like a child. Needless to say with character like this I will take my business to Starkeys from here forward. They are always super helpful and friendly anyway. Pizza there is awesome!

No help bringing my boat in to the pumps, Rude staff. I have been coming to beaver lake my entire life. They just lost a lifetime customer. The other marina across the way are much more friendly.

The boat wouldn't start and they didn't want to give us a refund. The boats they rent are old and unreliable. They boats were all made in 1990's.

Great marina with everything you might need for a day on the lake! Also have our boat moored here and love the people.

We rented the 24' Party Pontoon from Lost Bridge Marina for a half day (4 hours). It was extremely easy to reserve the boat from the website, and going through the paperwork during check-in was just as easy. The boat was clean and we had no issues with its performance for the entirety of our time on the water - this included multiple times of turning the engine off and restarting as we found different coves on the lake to check out. The dockhands were super friendly and helpful - don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know something...they will explain in further detail or walk through whatever you may have questions about. Finally, while adverse weather had not yet hit, there was a chance we might encounter it. The folks at Lost Bridge were sure to warn us about its potential and what to do should lightning or thunder arrive. We sincerely appreciated their concern for our safe operations. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will gladly rent from them again.

Kathy in the office and all the deck crew were extremely friendly.Really easy booking process online and upon arrival at the Marina we were in and out of the office in no time. Loved our time on the water on the 12 person deck boat. Half Day Rental/Gas/Tip $745.00
