Had the 162 anniversary. Very informative and the reconstructionists camp overnight in battle uniforms and set up camp just like in 1862. Easy movie to watch there or at home. I will go back next year because we went to the baseball game in Fayetteville and didn't get to see the reenactment with the live muskets and cannon fire.

I had mixed emotions when I visited this site. I wanted to visit this site but to know so many died here. The host were great too. Thank you.

Fantastic museum and as cool as the battlefield is with cannons and fencing from the Civil and the trail of tears, it is also sad to think of what happened at this place.

This is a great park to learn about the battle of Pea Ridge. The visitor center has a lot of neat artifacts and info about the battle. The folks who worked in the visitor center were pleasant, enthusiastic, and informative.

7 mile circular driving tour with about 10 rest stop points of interest and hiking paths. Elk Ridge Tavern House with pit toilets is the only restroom on the drive. Website with Ranger video explaining the significance and history of each stop is available on your cell phone via a website. Scan the QR code available at the Visitor Center

We went on a cold gray day and had the place pretty much to ourselves. Excellent exhibits and a great drive through portion that really showed off the various parts of the battlefield.Restrooms: Nice and clean.

The historical information is presented in a very interesting way. The option to listen to audio, watch videos, or read the placards is a definite plus. We could sit in our cars or get out and walk around at each of the eleven stops. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained. It was a truly enjoyable tour.
