As a former employee I will never shop here again. The manager Jack talkes down to everyone that works for him. He has no idea how to run a retail store. I know personally 3 people, 4 if u count myself, that only quit because he spends his day walking around telling us what we did wrong or sitting in his office watching politics on YouTube Not working! I have seen him yell at customers for ordering online or asking us to order something he didn't want to carry. I have also seen him prioritize his friends over other customers. He told me once to have a line of people wait while I help his buddy right then instead. I have needed to go to this store a few times but I will just drive to FL Davis and give him my money because Jack doesn't deserve it. His employees now want to leave but need the job or that store would be empty. Save yourself the stress, frustration and time. Go to Walmart or something instead. I loved my job!!!! Every single part except being belittled daily by this man. Customer Service is great besides that. They are helpful just ask for anyone else because you never know if he will be mad at you for shopping the wrong way 🙄

One of the most friendly and helpful people in the stste, i was in gentry only a week on a business job and i actually enjoyed doing business with them.

If you’re ever going through Gentry and need a plumbing part they have a good variety of what you might need ! Very nice store!

I went to the Ace Hardware in Gentry,Arkansas to exchange 2 Craftsman tools that were wore out. The store manager refused the exchange. He he would have to order the tools that look the tools I brought in. The manager FAILED to realize that the warehouse doesn't carry that style anymore. The tools I had were older than him. The tool design has changed over the years. He also FAILED to recognize that the tools have a lifetime warranty. So I went to Lowes. They did the exchange no questions asked. If Ace Hardware would have taken the time to listen to me. Then I wouldn't be writing this bad review. I've always good service there. But not today....
