We have been a customers of Arvest for over 25 years. Unfortunately we continue to be surprised and disappointed by the lack of customer service and the number of errors that Arvest doesn't seem to take responsibility for or have a sense of urgency to correct. This ranges from: 1. debiting our account for the transaction of a complete stranger and telling us that they will take several days to deposit our money back into our account 2. Making a mistake on a Arvest employee's/clients account (that has been active for decades) and then telling them that the account does not exist 3. Charging us $20 a month (or more) in basic account fees after we paid off all of our loans and mortgages with the bank and had no outstanding debt to them. 4. Encountering incapable and unfriendly tellers and employees at multiple locations and by phone I'm not sure when exactly their focus on customers began fading, but incompetence and lackluster service has now become a strategy. And is certainly done without apology. Disappointing.
