We started renting here when it was Gentry best storage, but since they've switched owners our price has almost doubled. They don't give notice about price increase, they just add $10 every few months. They have mice problems also, a lot of my stuff got ruined by mice.

The move in was guick and easy. Shanice helped me with my move out. The process was very fast. I recommend this storage for your extra stuff. I will return again in the future if I need storage.

BEWARE!!! I have 1 unit in Gentry AR, and 2 in Bentonville AR...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY RENTAL EVER!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!1st they tried to charge me for a unit 5 feet larger than the one I actually have... had to take a tape measure out with a manager to prove I was right.2nd from beginning they have had Name, Address, Email... wrong and the more I try to get if fixed the worse it gets.3rd raising rents without notification, adding insurance without notification, but they say they have sent notifications to incorrect emails, and mailing addresses.4th was never able to make payments online as promised... kept having to call in every month, for over a year, and after spending hours (literally) kept being promised it was fixed this time.... but each following month it was not and I would have to call again5th after making payments, which I made in advance, within 24 hours I'm getting text messages on my phone telling me it's not paid, then late fees being assessed, then threats of lock out and threats of liens!!! NEVER BEEN LATE!!!6th Called and made numerous requests for a supervisor, or someone from corporate to contact me to resolve all issues... promised a call back within 72 hours- NOTHING, Same with online forms, even certified letters sent to corporate offices.This month I called at least 12 times, have spoke to at least 12 people, none of them supervisors or corporate... all at an overseas call center. I was on the phone with one person over 52 minutes and still NO RESOLUTION!!! There's so much more but these are the highlights.

We have used this storage facility for 4 units. We have always been very pleased with how easy it has been to work with them. Leisha was extremely helpful when I needed to upgrade the size of my unit. It was a simple, quick phone call and it was done.

This is the 4th time they have raised our storage rate without notice! What started at less than $90 is now $158 and last month it was $143. We did not receive an email, written letter or call to let us know the rates would be going up. Would not recommend. It was great before the new owners took over.

DO NOT USE SPAREBOX! Use this as a warning. They have been charging us for a different amount than we originally got the unit for without ever notifying us. When have paid on time every single month, but they insist on charging us late fees, when we have bank statements showing the checks were cleared ON TIME. After reaching out and voicing our concerns and asking for help on the situation, they refuse to help even after admitting that the carrier who delivers their mail (with our rent check) doesn’t deliver mail on time.

Great experience with all aspects of Spare Box Storage. There may be cheaper units out there however the security, cleanliness of site and the customer service is beyond reproach. Sho yam was most helpful when I contacted office to cancel rental agreement. I rented with Spar Box for Four years.Thank you.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Clay. We had a dresser obstructing our storage door from the inside and we were unable to get it opened. He helped us out so much. Got the door open and gave us a new lock and even hauled off our old dresser. Sparebox Storage and the employees are the best!!! Thanks Clay!!!

Sparebox took over in 8/2021 they have now raised the rent pricing 3 time as of 10/2022 and it has almost doubled. There are alot cheaper units out there. I called to try and see what was going on or if there was some kind of discount, after finally getting someone on the phone they said there was nothing and the increases were due to the economy. I can understand a little increase, but almost doubled?

Since SpareBox took over they have raised my rates twice. Those increases come out to an almost 33% increase in less than a years time. Maybe I could understand if they were actually making improvements to the property, like fixing the potholes in the entry or doing something about the mice that are present in the units.

Just got it today and used the kiosk, a woman called through the kiosk (I needed assistance) and patiently walked me through it! It was very helpful and easy especially since I never had a storage unit before or messed with them. I did have to get my own lock because the kiosk didn't give me one but she assured me I could and I was totally ok with that! Rather lose my own keys than someone else's. But I opened the door and the place was spotless and the door was easy to open. Wish they would fix a few potholes though. Hard to put in my code with a hump right there but I still like it!
