“I stopped in this location of O'Reilly's because the battery had died on my car (the battery was 7 years old!) and I needed it replaced. I don't know much about batteries, so initially I just asked for the cheapest one that would work in my vehicle. The employee was friendly, greeted me when I came in, and offered to help right away. He looked up batteries compatible with my car and showed me my options on the screen. I asked him what the differences were between them all, and he took the time to explain about elements such as the warranty and what factors into cars in extreme cold. Considering that my last battery had lasted so long, I ended up deciding to replace my battery with the same type, only brand new. I really appreciated the employee taking the time to talk to me and then let me make my decision on my own. I would definitely come back here.”
