“I had a pleasant surprise on my second visit in 2 days. I had learned yesterday day how to enter. But today was even better, they seemed to have a crew that knew what was needed. There was an attendant giving entrance direction to incoming traffic. An attendant came as we were approaching the fill station and explained what to do with the bottle a where and how to pull up. The whole process was perfect. when the bill was paid, a real bargain was revealed again. I said I'll be back, I was. DA”

“Every time I've needed propane Centergas has been there ASAP -usually the next day. I don't encourage people to wait until the last minute, but they've never let me run out (which is a serious pain) despite my having been pretty desperate several times. If you're going to be in NWA for any length of time I would suggest asking them to add you to their regular route. They'll be by every month or so and top you off as needed. Keep your eye on the tank in winter if your heat is propane, though, because that might not be quite frequently enough when it gets really cold.”

“After my late husband's passing, I had the daunting task of getting everything switched over to my name. Pinnacle Propane was one of many accounts. I was blessed to be connected with Carlos. He was very compassionate about what I was going through and he helped me make the process of switching the account to my name very easy. It's always a blessing to have someone to help carry you through the rough times.”
